We went to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. Everything was great(food,service and dinning experience) Would definitely dine there again. Love the fact that it kid friendly. We didn’t have a baby sitter. Especially during this pandemic period. They kept everything clean waiter and host are friendly and kind.
The set up was not the best, and even though it was outside, people from the other tables were extremely close, no privacy, and it appeared as if the restaurant was short staffed. I’ve been to Mastro’s in the past and just not the same experience.
Food was bland and mediocre.

Excellent pretzel bread, scallops, oyters, Chilean sea bass, steaks and butter cake. Very comfortable and airy dinning in the "penthouse" patio. We left stuffed and very happy. Chip and his team made it a fabulous evening. Bring a shawl for light, cool-night breeze.
The pork chops was seasoned very well, and the food came out very fast
Our server, Debbie, was friendly and perfectly attentive. The server assistants and food runners were on point with service as well.
Highly recommend the thick bacon cuts as an appetizer! Wagu tomahawk was so juicy and perfectly crusted on the outside while still remaining a perfect medium-rare. Perfectly shaken Chopin martini. I love when theres ice chips bruised all over my martini :) and of course, you can't leave without a buttercake for dessert.
Hopefully this quarantine will end soon so we can go back sooner than later.

The quality, taste and portions were very different from pre Covid days. Very disappointing
The food is outstanding ! Delicious but the service was horrible the waiter did not treat us just handed us menus and walked away came back and said “ stale or bottled “ walked away didn’t even present himself . Came back and said “ready to order we “ we said we need a bit more time I was celebrating my girlfriends graduation and birthday gave precise orders on how I wanted it arrange I called days in advance and even called the day off to make sure everything was set . Didn’t get the wine we wanted he ruined the surprise and it wasn’t even what I had ordered . And to top it off he gave me attitude because I kept telling him everything was wrong .
Very good job of spacing. We are used to Mastroes being packed and very loud so this was a nice change of pace. Food was great service was exceptional. Amanda was helpful and friendly
I made reservations for my birthday 2 weeks prior to dining at the restaurant. I requested to have a birthday menu which they said they would do. Which is why I decided to dine in at Mastros. I called 2 days before my event to make sure my name was on the menu and the person who answered said that they could accommodate me again. The day of my event I called update my seating reservation and also to make sure my name was on the menu with the Happy Birthday text and again they said it would be done. Arriving at the restaurant and being seated to find out that they are not making personalized menu after I called several times to confirm and verify and was told that it could be done. For the amount that we spent on dinner, my experience was just ok. Food was great, service was average, and though it was my birthday they brought out their signature cake but decided to add it to our bill and we did not request or ask for the cake they did this on their own or which they did take off our bill. I would recommend for a date but not for a birthday.
This was my second week in a row because my first visit was excellent. So I invited by friend and we both invited our 17 year old daughter’s to join us. There was what I’m guessing to be an “photo shoot” happening just across from our table so we continue to get the flashing of the camera in our faces. It was very annoying for about 30 minutes while the group was there. As we completed the meal and proceeded to pay the bill using an e-gift card only to have it not work and per the manager she could not verify the funds until the next business day was a little embarrassing to me. Not sure when I’ll go again
I have loved and been going to Mastro's for years. And I realize expectations need to change as we are navigating Covid-19. But not having live music anymore is a huge miss. This is a big part of Mastro's DNA and the whole experience. Just because they can't pack them in at the bar anymore doesn't mean they can't have the same music for all the diners to enjoy. I will always be a fan of Mastro's, and will be eager to go again, but I will wait for the music to come back. It's just not Mastro's without it.

We ordered the jumbo lump crab cakes as our appetizer and they were amazing. For dinner we each had a ribeye, which was massive, and shared lobster mashed potatoes and creamed spinach, ALL of which were perfectly seasoned. But the icing on the cake (pun intended) was the butter cake!! I’ve never had a dessert quite as good as this one! It was so good, I can definitely see myself going back just to order one to go! Overall a wonderful experience.

Love Mastros! Been to several different states and this restaurant never disappoints. I brought my niece for her birthday. We were greeted by the host who acknowledged the birthday and the proper way to spell her name. That was the end of any birthday acknowledgement. I was a little upset that waiter didn’t bring a special birthday treat. We ordered dessert and the birthday was never mentioned. A lady at the table next to us received a beautiful birthday dessert presentation. I’ve been to other Mastros where they have acknowledged the birthday with a beautiful dessert presentation. Other than this the food and service was top notch!
Father’s Day celebration
Mastro’s is always a solid win that has yet to disappoint. You can find good steak at other restaurants but every side is fantastic and the sea food is incredible as well and the cuts of meat are flavorful and perfect. The service was great, friendly and COVID conscious.
So nice to go back to our favorite Steakhouse for Fathers' Day after restaurants re-opened. As usual the food, the service was all exceptional. This place is 10x better than any other steak place in town by far. You are treated exceptionally well as soon as you walk in the door. We'll be back for our next special occassion.
The presentation of the main course steak served by it self, doesnt look like a food and don’t even feel want to eat.
Our server only visited our table about 3 times, wanted to order more but waiter was no where to be found. Might have thought we didn’t have money because we were not white; also saw that he was more attentive to other tables than he was of us.
Everything else was great! Host was kind, food runners were great, food was good, valet was exceptional.
Always and amazing dining experience. Nobody beats Mastros’s in hospitality and customer service.
I took my husband out for the first time in months due to the pandemic and it was a great way to get back to some normal life. Our waiter Keith was attentive and very thoughtful to us. We had an amazing dinner and were looking forward to our next date night.
We were quite unsure what to expect since it was our first time out since COVID, but Mastro's did not disappoint. They strictly observed all social distancing and sanitation requirements, and they created a truly enjoyable environment. In fact, I would argue that it was actually a BETTER experience since the restaurant was less crowded, and not nearly as noisy. We will ABSOLUTELY be back soon!

I have frequented Mastro’s on numerous occasions, but this was my first dining experience since the quarantine was put in place. It was the perfect place to go! Service was top-notch, food was excellent, ambience had a nice vibe and the staff were wearing mask and sanitized everything...hats off to Mastro’s!!!

Used to love coming here. Not so much after COVID. Limited menu, limited staff, now charging for bread service...all not good. They sat us at a table that was not set. They set it only after we asked when the bread arrived. Our server left mid meal and never came back. No official change to the new server. Used to come here all the time. Sadly, probably won’t come back. When $350+ excluding tip and tax is spent on two people, the service needs to be much better.

Normally I have an excellent time at Mastro’s but I feel like they are not ready to open. The service was non existent, I asked two different people for our check and after 30 minutes I went to the front host to get my check. My steak was not the usual amazing Mastro’s quality, it was very tough. Sides were amazing as was the butter cake. Overall not up to their usual standards but I’m gonna blame it on the long Covid lay-off.
Felt so safe after all this covid craziness. Had a great time. Thank you for having us!
