At Marlow we specialize in artisan style, neapolitan sourdough pizza, as well as locally sourced meats and vegetables. Our menu, space, and offerings change seasonally. We aim to bring you modern yet rustic meals to be shared. Chef/Owner Jeff Scheer and wife Kaili, have always loved to entertain at their home in Kula. The concept for the restaurant is an extension of that warm hospitality felt while sharing good food and wine around a table of family and friends. When the restaurant industry shut down in March of 2020, the pair began making sourdough pizza out of their outdoor oven at home. Milling whole wheat berries from a farm in Arizona, hand stretching mozzarella, whole-animal butchery, growing artichokes and summer squash for toppings - it was a true labor of love. What began as a ritual has grown into a restaurant. We look forward to seeing you at Marlow soon.

Del equipo editorial de OpenTable: Antes de abrir su primer restaurante, el chef Jeff Scheer y su familia empezaron haciendo pizza de masa madre en el patio de su casa durante la pandemia. Los lugareños eligen una y otra vez esta pizzería por algo muy simple: las exquisitas tartas napolitanas, los pappardelle frescos y las verduras al horno de leña. Estos platos son una obra de amor al arte que le valió a Scheer una nominación al premio James Beard como mejor chef de la región. El local ostenta una cocina abierta decorada con azulejos negros y mármol blanco, para que puedas ver cómo meten las tartas en el horno.

Local hot spot with amazing scratch pastas & pizzas. Super upbeat & fun servers & staff. Loved all of the delicious fresh dinner options we tried. We can’t wait to return for another fabulous meal. Ciao from Maui.

Love everything the place is just so loud it’s difficult to carry on a conversation maybe sound baffling I noticed there was some under the chairs and on the ceiling however it’s still what all my friends complain about when we go there other than that zero complaints everything is fantastic

We frequently eat here and we never have had a bad experience and the food is alwats amazing, and I really appreciate the seasonal changes and specials on the menu. Lauren was our server and she was a very thoughtful, kind light and helped vibe up the light from us as well.

Charged us 3% of BOH charge and the server could not explain what it was, and gave us bad attitude when we asked. Never see her smile at once for whole time we were there.

Ralph took great care of us. The gnocchi was delish. The meatballs were fantastic. Pizza was legendary. I’ll be back for sure!

It’s our favorite local place to dine in at with a friendly atmosphere and consistently great food and service. We dine here 2-3 a month and find it the perfect place for us to bring our out of town friends and family. We always see our neighbors, community and friends and it feels really special.

They need air conditioning! The place was so hot we were sweating through our dinner, it was super uncomfortable.
