At Marlow we specialize in artisan style, neapolitan sourdough pizza, as well as locally sourced meats and vegetables. Our menu, space, and offerings change seasonally. We aim to bring you modern yet rustic meals to be shared. Chef/Owner Jeff Scheer and wife Kaili, have always loved to entertain at their home in Kula. The concept for the restaurant is an extension of that warm hospitality felt while sharing good food and wine around a table of family and friends. When the restaurant industry shut down in March of 2020, the pair began making sourdough pizza out of their outdoor oven at home. Milling whole wheat berries from a farm in Arizona, hand stretching mozzarella, whole-animal butchery, growing artichokes and summer squash for toppings - it was a true labor of love. What began as a ritual has grown into a restaurant. We look forward to seeing you at Marlow soon.

Executive chef: Jeff Scheer

From the OpenTable editors: Chef Jeff Scheer and his family started slinging sourdough pizza out of their backyard during the pandemic, before opening their first restaurant. Locals keep coming back for the simply excellent Neapolitan-style pies, fresh pappardelle, and woodfired veggies, all a labor of love that earned Scheer a James Beard nom for Best Chef in the region. It’s an open pizza kitchen decked out in black tiles and white marble, so you can watch the pies shuttling into the oven.

    A wonderful meal and service. It came recommended to us and it did not disappoint. Our party had 2 pizzas, entrees, salads and pastas and all were sublime. The cocktails were excellent as was the staff. Worth it upcountry. Well worth it.

    oh my gosh!!!! everything was so amazing!! we started with the meatballs and chopped salad which were so so good. the meatballs are seriously a must!!!!! one of my FAVORITES! and i think everyone would agree as i'm pretty as sure every table had ordered them too. so so delicious. we also got the whipped ricotta and tomatoes which was a special and came with orange zest and pistachios!!!! wow so so fresh and wow the flavors were just amazing. the bolognese was seriously spectacular too oh my. the Margherita pizza is my favorite ever and you HAVE to get their house made ranch. it seriously goes amazing with anything you put it on. the pizza and even on the bolognese lol! i would seriously buy it by the bottle if i could that's how good it is. the gelato was AMAZING with the honey, olive oil, flakey salt, and FENNEL!!! marlow seriously never disappoints. And a special Congrats on getting married to our amazing waitress Aliza!!! she said she was the newest addition to marlow and she was so awesome!!! she was helping everyone around aswell and did an absolute amazing job. AHHH we love you marlow and will be back soon!!!!!

    Food was very good, the service was also. The ambiance would have been the same but, for us , was drown out by the high noise level. hard floors will do that. we like to go to a nice restaurant and be able to have quiet conversation. That wasn't possible

    Local hot spot with amazing scratch pastas & pizzas. Super upbeat & fun servers & staff. Loved all of the delicious fresh dinner options we tried. We can’t wait to return for another fabulous meal. Ciao from Maui.

    Love everything the place is just so loud it’s difficult to carry on a conversation maybe sound baffling I noticed there was some under the chairs and on the ceiling however it’s still what all my friends complain about when we go there other than that zero complaints everything is fantastic
