   Service was great to start but things went down hill from there. My wife ordered Tortellini which was tasteless and the chicken undercooked. We were never offered bread, or refills on our water or drinks during the entire meal. Also never asked how we were doing throughout our meal. Our server had too many tables and seemed overwhelmed. We cancelled a reservation at a restaurant we love elsewhere because we wanted to try Market based on the high reviews, but it was very disappointing. Won’t be back.

   Love Market in St Helena. It’s right off Main Street with a comfortable atmosphere and white table clothes. Luis was fantastic, patient and professional. The food choices are perfect from amazing fried onions, calamari’s to fresh oysters from Tamales Bay. Delicious fried chicken or a great burger. They also have a long bar in the restaurant if it’s just the two of you or if you wanna have dinner by yourself and meet great locals.

   I cannot say enough positive things about this place. Filet excellent, burgers good, employees knowledgeable about all of the menu, specials sounded awesome. Love to come to this place every time we are in town.

   Alfie was our waiter. He knew the whole menu and had recommendations based on his personal experience. Best and most knowledgeable waiter I have ever had. Food was great too

    We had a lovely lunch. The food was excellent, the service almost too attentive, but very friendly md knowledgeable. I do wish the noise level could be lowered, but Mark-et is one of my most favorite restaurant.
