Mama has channelled her inner-cool and set up a home from home in the capital’s hip East. With a playfully designed restaurant, garden bar and Japanese-style karaoke rooms, close to Bethnal Green underground and a hop away from Shoreditch!!

Join us for our very inclusive buffet breakfast, from our full English dishes to croissants, cereals and yummy cakes and many more for just £22pp

Serving up both local dishes and signature favourites, Mama’s restaurant is always buzzing. Grab a cocktail, share dishes with friends or decompress in the garden bar after meetings. Let Mama take care of you! (Please note when booking the Garden bar, it is not a guarantee and your booking may be moved into the main restaurant - Mama thanks you in advance for your understanding <3)

For 90 minutes, you can choose from a range of unlimited drinks such as: Prosecco Bellini, Rossini or Mimosa White, Rose’ or Red house wine Draught beer With the deal, you can choose between one of our 'Classic Brunch Dishes' It is available to book between 12pm and 3pm and it will be in our enchanted Garden Bar. Feel free to order drinks or food between your favourite songs. Groups of 15 maximum per room. Please note we require notification at least 48 HOURS beforehand for any changes in order to issue a refund. Full payment to be taken at the restaurant on date of your booking, if no show - full payment will be taken from card assigned to booking :)

Absolutely loved Mama Shelter! The vibe is fun, eclectic, and full of personality. Every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented—especially the chicken katsu burger. The service was warm and welcoming, and the garden area a bonus. A perfect spot for a laid-back yet memorable night out. Will definitely be back!

L'ambiance et la déco sont très sympa. Mais la carte est pauvre et la moitié des plats n'étaient plus disponibles. Très décevant !

A chic venue with great style. A very modern atmosphere with a DJ playing chilled house music. The food was good and came out quickly with no errors. The service wasn’t great, especially considering it wasn’t busy as we had to go to the bar for more drinks and ask for the bill. I stayed here the night before and they took a while to make cocktails and didn’t bring the olives and nuts we ordered.

We booked a table for 4 on a Friday evening and had the best time. Everything from the food, staff and ambience was spot on. Mama's had a wonderful vibrant atmosphere, with a Dj playing soulful house in the background. The music was loud enough to enjoy and still have a conversation. The food was delicious and I would definitely recommend the padron peppers and sea bass. The menu was very inclusive of all palate's which was perfect for our group as some of us are Pescatarian. Cocktails were divine with the bartender Nate showing us his mixology skills and flavours to die for. The setting is so comforting, yet exciting and all the staff here have created the perfect experience. The price was very good for the area, around £40-£50 pp for food and drinks. Thank to Celine and Jass who served us, they were both so friendly and worked so hard the whole time we were there. Josè who is just the sweetest 💕 Last but not least Marven the manager, what a guy! This guy knows what customer service is all about and you can see the rapport he has with all of his staff. There was nothing that was too much for him. He even created a special sauce himself, for us to enjoy with a bar snack that we ordered. This is definitely the place to go if you want to enjoy good food and drinks with friends or family in shoreditch. We will definitely be returning, maybe for the brunch next time!
