   Jomanda was amazing and attentive from start to finish! She helped us get settled into our seats. She made sure our food came out perfect and fast! She was even extra patient with our special needs son We are so thankful for her.

   I picked this location for a marriage proposal b/c me and my fiancé had our 1st date there. The process was fairly smooth planning and making changes was well done and they were very accommodating to my goal. My only complaint would be the massive rush of anxiety I felt when we arrived at southpoint and I called to see if my party had been seated (this was crucial to the entire surprise proposal element of the evening) I was told that my party of 18 couldn't not be seated until 17 members of the party were present😵‍💫😵😲. Anybody that's tried to throw a dinner party knows that there will inevitably be late arrivals but requiring over 75% to be present and checked in was a tad unorthodox and it had the potential to ruin the entire surprise if me and my fiancé had walked in the door and instantly been greeted by all of the people she had no clue were going to be in attendance. THANKFULLY the staff allowed my party to sit and the surprise went off without a hitch but up until about 3 minutes prior to walking through the door my stomach was in my throat with nerves for the proposal but also anxiety that the moment wouldn't be everything I had planned for because nobody was seated. Me and my fiancé thank Maggianos for being such gracious hosts. The servers were very cool and attentive. Some mistakes were made in the preparation of a few dishes but that's to be expected. Overall I we enjoyed our experience and will be back again.

   Sicilian coffee was the only disappointment. It was like warm . I even asked the waiter to throw it into the microwave to warm it up but instead he added more coffee which did not affect the temperature of the drink. We think the coffee was warm- not hot like you’d expect. Otherwise the food and service was great

   Probably one of the worst dining experiences I have had. I’m aware going out on Mother’s Day it would be busy and they will struggle with the amount of people they have to serve. We have been to Maggianos before and had great food and service. This time we waited a while to be seated then waited quite a while for service. This was a set menu and had 3 courses. We received one of the appetizers after out our meal. The waitress was trying her best but was way over loaded and kitchen was far behind schedule. I can deal with all of the that but the food was not good at all. Paid $65 per person and seemed like it was frozen food. Felt bad for the staff as employees were walking out.

   The Mother's Day family style menu included something for all tastes and was very good. Service was excellent and the timing for food was good considering a very busy day. Our waiter was Teddy and he was very attentive. The bouquet of flowers for the moms wase a very pleasant surprise. Thanks!

   Longtime customer here but this may be our last. Made a reservation, they were an hour behind. Food was not really up to the level it usually is. Then had a waiter with a full tray of plates and half eaten food dump on our table. The waiter literally said the f word and walked away. The manager came and spoke to us which was nice but they discounted the bill a percentage and at that point it felt a little disproportionate. We literally had food sitting on our table with bites out of it from strangers and had to wait for new food.

    - Food was okay not great. - Price was too high. Check their price before you go. ( Ex: $25 for a spaghetti meatball) - Pretty much everything else our server asked me how I wanted it are ended up an extra side items, normally I would not ask for if I new it is not part of my order, (Ex: $9 for a bowl of broccoli)I found that a little bit of tricky. I am not sure if it was really meant to do it to oversell, but if it was not, they need to be warned not to do that. - It was a birthday dinner for my daugher. And we told that she would be greeted at the end with the desert and singing, instead a server walked by with a plate with broken candle stick on a strawberry with lemon cookies around and asked whose birthday and left the plate in front of my doughter and left. Very awkward moment. I would rather you guys did nothing. - Overall, all the servers trying to improvice a bad management and bad kitchen service I felt bad for them and felt bed for ourselves that we lost a place that we loved to go.
