Enjoy the vibrant flavours of India with our Kenyan twist in our opulent Grade II listed Oak Room. Madhu’s enjoys an unrivalled reputation for the highest standards in Indian fine dining.

Enriched with history, our recipes have been handed down 4 generations which not only adds to our authenticity but coupled with our must try signature dishes; makes us a firm favourite and the new talk of the town!

Our cosy Lounge/Bar room is the ideal setting for those pre/post meal drinks. Between Thursday-Saturday (10pm onwards) the atmosphere heightens as our bar magicians become the life and soul of the bar.

The food was a tad spicy, service was very good although the wine selection was not very diverse and they didn't have a couple in stock. Most of the food was spicy, presentation of the platters was good.

I visited this restaurant with friends to celebrate my 30th birthday and the whole experience made it a night to remember!!! When I made my reservation, Aleksandra was so accommodating to the requirements of my group and we were able to dine off their al a carte (rather than group set menu) which really catered for the tastes of our group. The service we experienced on the night was 5*, and the atmosphere and the food were excellent. Aleksandra even took the time to personally greet me and wish me a Happy Birthday! Service like this can be hard to come by so I'll definitely be visiting again and recommending to my friends and family!

Took my mum as we were staying at the hotel and love Indian food. The best we have tasted. Everything was on POINT! AMA ing! Service, food, ambience. Definitely visit again

Second visit to this restaurant and the service has really gone downhill we were a group of 10 and we had to ask several times for drinks that had been ordered and forgotten about. To start we were provided with a box of mixed mini papadums and 3 tiny pots of chutneys. It even looked ridiculous and it’s a shame common sense didn’t prevail but we had to ask for more for the other side of the table. We had ordered set menus and our waiter insisted all the main dishes were there. When my daughter checked the menu on her phone we realised we were in fact still missing 2 dishes. When I informed the waiter he started writing it down as if ordering additional items and I had to tell him that these should have come out as part of the set menu. After dinner 2 of us ordered gin and light tonics. The waiter delivered 2 glasses of gin and 1 mixer. We called him back and asked for another bottle but he didn’t understand what the problem was. It took 5 mins to explain we didn’t want another gin and tonic but just a bottle of light tonic as he had only given us 1. 20 mins later after asking someone else I finally got my tonic water by which time the ice in my drink had almost completely melted. When we got the bill at the end my husband didn’t check properly and paid but then discovered we had been incorrectly charged for a bottle of wine. It stood out because no one had drunk wine with the meal. We had cocktails, beers and spirits only. This was refunded to us but after all that gad gone wrong that evening it left a sour taste. You don’t expect such poor service in an establishment such as this. It was supposed to be a celebration for a 50th birthday but it felt like hard work having to constantly check we had received what we had ordered and chasing for drinks/food that had been forgotten. This was in complete contrast to my first visit in 2021 which we enjoyed thoroughly. I feel there a lot of new staff who are inexperienced and aren’t providing the expected level of service

Perfect for insta pics but there’s better places in Mayfair, but food was average Pakistani dishes nothing special at all for an exquisite location which is a shame and the price is above expectation.
