The food was way too salty. The table was so small that just two dishes could be very crowded. The service was OK. Overall I found this place not worth the price.

I have been here twice, the food is always great; I just think it's too loud , this time I sat in the rear, upper level area and it was a bit quieter . If you like it loud or spirited you will enjoy along with the wonderful food!

Perfect lunch spot in the CBD. Beware if you order the Red Beans special on Mondays... the portion is HUGE!

We were slightly discouraged once we saw the restaurant was in a hotel. Hotel restaurants are always bland experiences. We convinced each other to stay to at least order a couple of drinks and one appetizer. We are very glad we stayed. The brussel sprouts and duck were unbelievable so we surmised the restaurant was merely occupying space under the Hilton. The service staff were all smiles, energetic, and quick to joke with us. This is definitely worth a try.

Shrimp and grits: 3.5
I know this is there signature dish but I wasn't a fan of the pepper taste in the grits, and it didn't stand out to me

Brussel sprouts: 4 stars
I enjoyed the touch of sweetness from the honey but it had too much oil and I prefer mine crispier

Roast chicken and Matzo ball soup : 3 stars
The tomato was too prominent and made the soup acidic to me. Matzo ball was a tad flavorless and didn't have the right texture.

Stuffed p&j oysters: 5 stars
Generous portion of crab, the Oysters meshed well and the overall dish was delicious

Service: 5 stars
One of the only restaurants so far in NOLA who had no problem with the request for less salt and the staff were friendly. We decided to come back later for desserts and they were welcoming about it.
