Wonderful food and the waitstaff we're attentive without hovering
Went for the $1 happy hour Oysters. Also had $8 6 pieces fried oysters. Both were fantastic. Beer and some cocktails are also 1/2 off. Highly recommend 👍👏
The swordfish was amazing. Burgers always good. Crispy broccolini was awesome.
Service and food was GREAT!! Very attentive staff and fun casual ambiance!
We were seated right away when we arrived for our reservations. Took about 10 minutes to get a waiter over even for just water. Did not take long for the waiter after that to attend to our needs. Great Food.
Worst experience we’ve had at this restaurant in years. I don’t know what happen but the quality of food went down and for below our willingness to ever return. I’m done
The food was great as well as the service. Chicken and waffles my friends really enjoyed it. I had the southern breakfast it was great. Its was my birthday celebration and i was given a birthday dessert for my special day. I thought that was so special. That made my day even better. Thanks i will be back.
Much better places to eat in New Orleans. Almost French quarter tourist trap
Very crowded and very loud inside.
Food was excellent. Service was great. Very loud but if I was 20 years younger I wouldn’t have noticed
Fried oysters should be flash fried and crispier. Raw oysters were smallest I’ve seen there. Very loud as may be expected during happy hour. Service was stellar as always.
Delicious as always, a little noisy but worth it.
The staff at Luke did a fantastic job taking care of our business group. Food, Service, and Atmosphere were all top notch. Thanks to Rich and the team for making it a great visit.
Great meal and service as always, Luke does not disappoint.
Great place to eat in New Orleans!!!!
The only negative was the host. He was THE most unfriendly person we came in contact with during our entire stay. He NEVER made eye contact or even looked at us. Mumbled his command to follow him. Other than that first impression LUKE is a winner.
Fabulous happy hour! Great service and delicious food.
Just too loud!!!!!!!!!!!
Happy hour at Luke’s is a must. Can’t beat half of cocktails and beer or the $1 oysters!! Service is great. The burger is huge and the gumbo’s tasty. We sat right by the kitchen upstairs and it was cool to see the chefs prepare the food. Next time I’ll have to try the steamed mussels.
Luke is one of my all time favorites.
Best French 75 in Nola!!!
Luke is reliably great for happy hour, even though the oyster price is now $1 each for half-shell P and J oysters. (up from 75c a few months back, and 50c back in the day. John Besh restaurants are great in general
Food was bland, received appetizers before we received cocktails. 3 wait staff assigned and the restaurant seemed unorganized
We enjoyed a birthday dinner at Luke. The Brussels sprouts were outstanding! Great service and delicious food. Only the main dining area was open, so the noise level was a little high.
We came back for a second visit this weekend! Luke is fast becoming one of our favorite restaurants.
Service was fantastic! Devin and Kathryn took excellent care of us! Food was delicious! The Brussel sprouts were super tasty!
Love coming here. One of our favorite places to come when we are in NOLA. The food is amazing and the portions are huge. We also love their French 75’s. By far the best we’ve ever had.
Rich is the best!
Outstanding lunch ! Will be back ASAP. All employees were very nice.
Brussel sprouts were some of the best I’ve ever tasted. Adding jalapeños is your secret—yum!
Nice bar!!! Consistently good food
Definitely try the Pate, even if you don't like Pate. It's really, really good.
Awesome food and flavor combinations great for locals and visitors
Outstanding food and amazing service.
We were disappointed in the quality of the food. It lacked flavor. It was pretty bland overall. It felt like we were eating at a tourist trap and they didn’t care about the quality of the food or repeat customers. Unacceptable for a New Orleans restaurant. Honestly will not be returning.
The fish dip and oysters were a yummy start. The French 75 drink was refreshing. The pasta was a great entree. Portions are big! The staff was wonderful.
Outstanding service and delicious food makes Luke a spot we regularly visit. After a long work week, nothing beats a French 75 and a tasty meal at Luke!!!
It definitely wasn’t the same place we visited 2 years ago. We ordered drinks and didn’t get them until we received our entrees. The wait staff was very apologetic and said the bar lost her order. The food was just okay. The best part was dessert. Best bread phasing ever.
Some of the best food I've ever had. Amazing service. Would highly recommend!
Wonderful service. Luke's staff really put an effort to make patrons forget about the last two weeks of post hurricane drama and enjoy the evening. Especially the folks behind the bar.
