Chefs table was a fantastic experience - Ben really was great and his passion for food was impressive. We would definitely visit again and try the a la carte menu. My 2 favs on the chefs table were the scallops and also the pork belly dishes
Our first step back into London restaurant life. The tram at Lucky Cat were great! The location felt safe yet still retained its edge and energy. Menu and story-telling around each of the courses on the Kasai table menu were exceptional.
Pricey but worth every penny.
The food is great
the food sooo bad
Friendly staff. Mediocre food. Much better Asian food in London.
Exquisite food. Asian cuisine at its best. Service was also on point. Would go again. Hats off to chef.
It was Amazing!
Couldn’t of asked for more
Ben and the team where fantastic and very informative
Definitely coming back
Wow! Just wow! Eating at the Kasai Chef’s Table is an amazing experience that goes well beyond the food. The atmosphere, the super-attentive service, the buzz of what’s going on in and around the whole kitchen - it’s gastronomic theatre on every level. Chef Michael and Maitre d’ Kevin were simply fantastic hosts, as were the rest of the staff - nothing was too much trouble and they all spent a great deal of time with us explaining the menu in detail and entertaining us. Absolutely amazing!
Good Morning, We are so pleased to hear that you enjoyed your experience at our Chef's Table, Kasai. Thank you for your great review and we look forward to seeing you again soon. Kind Regards, Lucky Cat Team
Novel experience but overpriced for what you get. Almost £500 for a meal for two. Its worth perhaps increasing portion sizes and introducing a unique concept to add value for the price customers pay. Lucky Cat is still in its infancy so quite a bit of scope for improvement.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. All feedback is very valuable to us and will be taken on board. We hope to see you again. Kind Regards, Lucky Cat Team
Wedding anniversary treat to sit at the Chefs table. We were the only two, though there were another eight to ten seats free. I sat in David Beckams seat..apparently. We were hosted by Jordan and for 2 hours plus were treated to food heaven, Wine pairings by Stephano and, with each course served by someone new we meet alot of warm, friendly, funny and knowledgeable people (many called Michael - including Jordans brother) The whole thing was exemplary and I would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone... though the price tag MAY not be to everyone's liking... expect £250-300 pp
Good Afternoon Adrian, We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your wedding anniversary celebration with us at our Chef's table Kasai. Thank you for your comments regarding the service you received from Jordan, Stefano and Michael, this will be passed on. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. Kind Regards, Lucky Cat Team
The salt beef dish was the best but for 145 without drinks I can get similar food somewhere else and pay half.
It is nice but for the price tag it needs to be extraordinary - which is not I am afraid.
