Good food good service
All good
Great ambiance and a wonderful atmosphere especially for a special occasion. Our waiter was gracious and took the time to explain the selections.
Great dinner. Prawns were amazing. And the service was even better. Can’t wait to come back when we visit next year.
Wonderful, the food was delicious, the outdoor dining space is gorgeous and well spaced apart.
Food was not good, pasta was undercooked in some dishes while over cooked in others. Waiter was agitated dealing with us.
Food quality was surprisingly poor.
The hostess was incredibly rude - when we asked to be seated she quoted us a 45 minute wait even though on open table we saw plenty of availability. We then booked on open table and were seated immediately. waitstaff was great, food was average.
The fresh fish was excellent but the shrimp appetizer was very disappointing. They only gave you three small shrimp and the flavoring was not very good I would not recommend this appetizer.
Table ready at appointed time, waiter made suggestions, food arrived timely, so did the bill,etc.... we enjoyed our meal.... nothing particularly special , but everything was well done... every restaurant in Hawaii serves Mahi Mahi, etc. We would return.
Open air dining was good, no crowded. Noise level was great. Service was spotty. Prices relatively high for food quality and portions.
Longhi’s has been around for a long time and is a tradition on Maui. We found the food to be hot and fine...nothing special. Service was good. The prices were a little less than some of the other restaurants in the area. We are going to dine elsewhere since the food was OK and not special.
Valentine’s Day
Dinner on Valentines Day. With confirmed reservations. Receptionist must have been having a bad day. Literally took her 5 minutes to look up and acknowledge us standing in front of her. She answered a phone behind her before acknowledging us.
Peter our server and his two assistants were ver attentive and friendly. Everything about our meal from start to finish was excellent.
Valentines
Service was great! Food was delicious.
I had Shrimp Longhill, small serving and just so-so in taste. Way overpriced for what I got. ($36.)
Chairs hard as a rock. Will not go back.
Food was so so very premade did not seem fresh and authentic. We enjoyed the cauliflower the best snd cocktails were good
We go to Longhi’s every time we’re on Maui. The food and the staff were outstanding as always.
Had an early dinner seating. However due to COVID they were carrying less food items than they would during normal times. They were out of 5 items on the menu. I would call ahead to ensure they are carrying all menu items. The menu item we did order, Grilled Mahi-Mahi with beurre blanc sauce was outstanding!
Great location food and service.
Delicious Mahi Mahi. Server, Christian, was great!
we come to maui twice a year from Homer Alaska and always come here for our first meal and once in between and on our departure day,
the mimosas are always great and the homemade bread so good, great place to come for breakfast, happy hr or anytime
Our server was great and super friendly. The food was just not great this night, not sure if new cook but definitely not what we are used to for Longhis and they were out of many items which was disappointing.
We come to Maui twice a year and always make this one of our favorite restaurants for breakfast or happy hour great place great drinks great food
I made a reservation which the restaurant cancelled the day of, then after being told to call them, I talked personally to the Front desk scheduler and booked for the following night. Upon arrival the next night there was a sign on the door saying they were closed for cleaning. So I rebooked a third time. This time we were seated in the worst table near the kitchen door even though there were many empty tables in nicer locations. Then we ordered the “famous” artichoke to be tole later they were out of them. And there was hardly anyone there to eat. Then we ordered two entree dishes and ten minutes later the waiter said they were out of those too. He should have know what would be available when we ordered. The rigatoni Bolognese was replaced with a different pasta and the sauce was so bland and tasteless Prego would have been better. I had to ask for bread with our meal and he brought a cute little sliced individual loaf of bread. Obviously he just forgot to bring it as the loaf was the kind meant to accompany a meal. Will never return!
We started with the Crab Cake which was phenomenal and even better than Mama's Fish House! We then each ordered the Fettuccine with Alfredo sauce which included peas and ham which is the way it is served in Italy. We ordered 2 Vodka with lime Martinis each and they were great! wonderful evening and exceptional service!
Food never disappoints. Service was good.
Restaurant is filthy. Ceiling fans and a/c vents disgusting.
Salad was so unappealing.
Service was ammateur.
Food was only ok. Pasta undercooked. Service was great
Longhi has great food for breakfast lunch and dinner. So much better than the overpriced chef inspired restaurants nearby. And much better prices and happy hour offerings
Make sure you eat here at least once. Not to be missed!
Great food and great value
Great food. Great service. Reasonable prices
Our dinners were excellent and waitress was very nice but the overall experience seemed to lack attraction. Tables plain and boring not even a candle, for the prices you pay in a high end area, you’d think Longhi’s could make a little more of an effort. We won’t be recommending or returning. Tommy Bahamas had a much better experience and nicer staff. The older lady hostess didn’t seem to happy to be there.
The food never disappoints. Longi’s artichoke is a favorite. Service was excellent. Social distancing was in place.
The food and service were amazing! Everything we ate was delicious. I have been dreaming about their focaccia bread for days. So yummy!
Everything was outstanding
Our server was excellent and the macadamia nut pie was the best dessert I have ever had!
We were very disappointed with our experience at Longh’s in Wailea. Both food and drinks were horrible and very over priced for the value. The only thing good about the evening was our server, Sparkle, who was very sweet and personable.
It was easy to make a reservation. They accommodated our table request. While they had run out of the appetizer I wanted, every other food and drink item was terrific. I would highly recommend the Prawn dinner, but be sure you like garlic. It was delicious. Parking was also easy and the whole process was Covid compliant.
