   Horrible food, took 25 min to get our drinks (90% empty) and the service was also horrible. Of all the places to go in Naples, this is not it

   Easter Brunch was advertised on open table so we made a reservation for Easter the day before. We arrived Easter morning there and were told we had to wait by a not so friendly hostess as they were not set up yet. After being seated we were given a regular poolside lunch menu. When I asked about the Easter Brunch the hostess said nothing but pointed to a manager who came over and said it had been cancelled and I should have received a call. No call was made and they seemed surprised that it was still advertised on open table as an Easter Brunch by saying “oh it’s still on there??” No apology given so my party of 5 had to find another restaurant last minute. Will not go back.

   I booked an Easter Brunch but they had only a regular Hotel breakfast. Service was very slow. I can not recommend it at all

   We had to ask for our server at least 5 times. We had tickets to the Gulf Shore Theatre and told the server. Aside from the food being absolutely horrible. The ceasar salad was a small portion and the leaves tasted gritty, like dirt was left on the Leaves. And the portion of lamb in the gyro was absurd for the price. We also ordered a Marguerita pizza my fiance said it was terrible. I refused to try it. A bad experience all around.

   We were surprised by the limited menu. No real dinners served. What we had was good. We will return but probably not for dinner.

   Nice upscale place for a drink. Food descriptions sounded good but the items’ flavors did not live up to the expectations. We ordered the jamon croquettes, truffle fries, and grilled peach and prosciutto flatbread.

   The hosts were very helpful with my specific requests and also flexible (since I kept pushing back the time). I had the pleasure of having Carlos G. as my server, he was very attentive and kind. I even moved outside for a rooftop beverage before I left and Hosea T. T checked in often. Overall I loved my Happy Hour experience and will be back!

    Wa arrived 10 minutes for our reservation. We stood at the host stand for 5-7 minutes with zero acknowledgment. Staff would look in our direction and the restaurant was not busy. One server that walked passed us twice said the host was seating someone and would be back. After another 5 minutes the same server was walking by and said he did not know where the host was and he would seat us. Finally sat, and a server came by a few minutes later. I asked for a bottle of still water and after 10 minutes she comes back to say they are out of bottled still. We sat on the patio and there very few tables sat, so I could not understand why the service all around was so slow. We finally ordered drinks and put in 2 tapas at the same time. The drinks and the food came out at the same time, letting you know how long the drinks took. The food was decent. The hummus and empanadas were very good. We had meatballs that were good and croquettes that were so so with little flavor compared to the rest of the meal. For a newer place in Naples the outside is starting to look a bit run down, management is clearly not present and sad to say standards are not there. Also, there should be a touch of music for ambiance.
