Our server, Guilana, was lovely and efficient. The kitchen was not--we were seated at 7:15 pm and our entrees arrived at 9:15 pm. We enjoyed cocktails, snacks, amuse bouches, sweet potato rolls and ceviche, and were no longer hungry when the entrees finally came out, 2 hours later. We left at 9:45, with boxes of food we could not possibly eat. We inquired about whether this was a common occurance, and were told that, sadly, it was. The food was delicious, stove hot and nicely presented, but until the kitchen staff can figure out how to turn out those plates in a timely fashion, we aren't interested in repeating our long evening. We'd recommend the food. The wait staff is great. The ambiance is okay. The kitchen needs to shake a leg.
Our server was very sweet, but hardly checked on us to ask if we needed another drink, refill our water, or ask how our food was. It was over an hour before our food came out. I think they may have been short staffed and we were not in a hurry anyway. There are so many good reviews on the food, so it must have just been an off night. We ordered the Ribeye with the pasta. Steak was so fatty and not good. Pasta was very good. Outside patio was very nice.
We always enjoy our dining experience at Lima. Great cuisine and very professional and attentive service. Out of the way but worth the search.
Never less than excellent!!
Was my and a friends birthday. The servers were very attentive and explained the menu. Afterwards my friend and I were treated to a slice of cake each with a candle. A very enjoyable evening
The food was ok and expensive! Our waitress explained the food really well so it was a good experience trying local restaurant in Naples.
Service & Food was very good. masks are worn by all employees & tables are distanced well. We sat out in the patio area near the water feature.
Location is a bit hard to find since it's in the back of an office/retail area off of Tamiami, but a nice change up from the 5th avenue crowds.
Traditional Peruvian and asian fare. Cocktails were well done & they have several of their own Pisco sour variations to choose from.
Best ceviche (classico with seafood) since last trip to Lima! Tacu Tacu limena was really good, tender beef, moist and flavorful tacu tacu. Seafood paella was delicious. The best Peruvian meal I've had in the U.S.!
We chose Lima to celebrate two in our parties birthdays. Loved their outdoor space! Everything from the greeting we received as we walked in to the moment we said our goodbyes after our delicious meal was amazing! Every staff member was friendly, attentive and extremely knowledgable. Some of our party had never had a Peruvian meal before. Highly recommend any of their ceviches they are delightful as well as their selections of tacu tacu! Finished with complementary pana cotta to complete our birthday celebration! We can’t wait to go back!!!
Excellent place
I see the overall ratings 4.8, and I don’t want to be that 1 outlier that has a bad experience.....but: We arrive promptly for our 6:45 reservation, we were seated and then ignored for 20 minutes, while other tables were seated and waited upon! In the absence of a server, we walked to the bar to order drinks from the lovely bartender who was more than helpful and apologetic for the lack of service.
A server finally presented themselves to us at approximately 7:15, seemed to be oblivious to our waiting over a half hour to be waited upon, took our order and disappeared until 8:10, almost 1 hour from ordering!
I ordered and received the braised grouper, which was fine. My wife ordered the chicken dish, a chicken stew, somehow dry and overcooked chicken. The highlight was the quinoa salad, which was excellent!
No one checked on us, no one asked us how the food was; we couldn’t leave quickly enough.
Maybe a bad night, still no excuse for obviously poor service.
Our service was dreadful, they didn’t bring drinks until we were there for nearly 30 minutes, after they brought 2 appetizers when we ordered one, my wife raised hell with the manager, they changed our waiter, and it was fine after that.
The sauce with the Beefheart appetizer was hot enough to take the enamel off your teeth.
Bread and butter excellent.
Complimentary soup was great.
The Brazed Grouper was excellent, my wife’s Ribeye was tough, and not a good piece of meat.
The chocolate cake “To die for”
The food was great and the waiter was very helpful. Bar service was a bit slow.
We love this restaurant and the owners!! People are always friendly and helpful. Everything we have had on the menu is 5 star. I especially like the Shrimp TuKuTuKu. I think their location is better than the old one and they have beautiful outdoor seating around a stream with Koi fish. We were just there Friday night and service was slower than normal. It doesn't concern me as I know they will do it right. We've taken many people here and they really enjoy the food! Yes I highly recommend!
Best Peruvian food North of Lima, Peru.
Authentic, creative, perfect value for your dollar.
Highly recommended.
We had a fabulous dinner, our first time going out to dinner in over a year. We dined outside and felt very safe. The staff was so accommodating and explained all the Peruvian menu items when we had questions. Our food was delicious and portions were huge. They were so nice to bring a large slice of chocolate layer cake and light a candle for my boyfriend’s birthday. I will definitely return during my stay in Naples, especially for the cilantro soup appetizer.
Fantastic flavorful food. Peruvian with some Asian influences.
The outdoor seating is so cute. Sebastian was a wonderful waiter. He took time to go through everything on the menu and made dinner feel like a true experience. Highly recommend! Lots of great gluten free options.
I loved this restaurant! Lots of great food , free food , great drinks , great desserts
The food was delicious and service incredible. We tried four different meals and loved them all.
We never had Peruvian food, the waiter was very helpful with explaining all the dishes. He suggested items that we would like, the drinks were delicious as well.
Everything is top notch here, cocktails, food, service, etc. This is not the place to go if you want to hurry and no fine dining experience should be done in a hurry. They take time to explain the menu from drinks to desserts. They take time to prepare every item from scratch and present it ice cold or piping hot as appropriate. And they provide a few little extra tidbits to enjoy before your appetizer or entree. Couldn’t be more pleased. I highly recommend Lima and especially the ceviches, the piscos, and the tacu tacus.
It’s so hard in Florida to find great restaurants that serve different cuisines. If you want to know why Peru has some of the top restaurants in the world book a table here! My best meal in Florida by far. Excellent food and drinks!
Very nice patio for outdoor dining. Inside there were many people and mask compliance was terrible - the restaurant did not enforce masks at all. My seafood rice was pretty bland but my husbands macho fish was good. Enjoyed the cilantro soup amuse and the dinner rolls are great (but they charge for them).
Had a great server who was from Lima. He made the experience better by being so knowledgeable. The food was best I’ve had since we visited Peru several years ago. Atmosphere was peaceful and quiet and really lovely. We started with Pisco sours - but not basic ones. Mine was spicy and hubby had the Anaconda. Yummy! We shared the Anticuchos Beef Hearts. Amazing! My husband had the octopus and I had the seafood rice dish. Both delicious. And then shared a butterscotch/chocolate Peruvian dessert. Perfect end to our meal. We will definitely be back.
Loved this resturant at the original location , wonderful food and cocktails. New location bring a appealing atmosphere with a very large patio area . If you enjoy Peruvian food or fresh seafood this is a resturant to visit .
A lovely find! This restaurant has only been open for 6 weeks in their new location just off the US41. A hospitable welcome, great pisco sours and a delightfully different menu.
First time to Lima, located off Tammianni Trail, across the road from Culver’s. GPS will get you to the building, it’s at the far end. Very fun and unique decor. The staff was awesome. We also met the young couple who own Lima. He is a chef from Peru and alumni of Cordone Blue school in Paris. Wife Amanda is from Georgia - ask her what she did in Georgia? Food was fantastic. The lamb shank was best I have had in 70 years. Our group of six decided we would return once every month. We had so much fun. They also have a large outdoor dining area with a pond alongside the railing. Very warm and welcoming place. They also provided a couple samples. It’s only been two evenings ago, and I am craving that lamb shank. Portions are large, especially that lamb shank serving. It’s a gem hidden off Hwy 41, definitely a 5 star rating from our little group.
Loved the service & food. Listening to Peruvian music made me feel like I was in Peru! Thank you for the great experience. Will definitely be back soon!😋☺️
Loved this restaurant, all our dishes was amazing and the drinks were great!!
Our servers were extremely attentive and very knowledgeable.
Whenever I am back in this area I will come back.
Excellent food and terrific service
Excellent food and service! Will definitely be back. Super generous portions we could split one main after the normal size ceviche or soup (Shrimp Chupa?) was delicious and massive! Loved that it was something different. Mango pisco sour also super!!
The food, ambience, and service were excellent. Bring a large appetite.
A friend recommended this restaurant, someone from a family that loves to cook, loves to entertain and understands what makes for a great meal. This restaurant understands the entire concept of a great meal, for not only do they make you feel like a guest in their home, they then proceed to deliver a meal that was truly memorable. From the bartender who got acquainted with our friends before we arrived (and then proceeded to make Mike a “Peruvian Old-Fashioned”), to the person who greeted us and showed us to our table, to our wonderfully charming waiter....all top-notch, but never in the way.
And then, oh yes, the food......awesome!! We will definitely be back!! I want a whole serving of the ceviche to myself (ok, and also the scallops, melt-in-your-mouth delicious. NUM!!
Our waitress Giuliana did a superb job explaining all the dishes and a little about Peruvian foods in general. The wait staff could not have been nicer and more efficient. The food was excellent and a great experience for us since we have never had Peruvian food before. We do plan on coming back and bringing friends with us to enjoy another evening out.
After waiting for 2 hours, we left. Apparently, there was no food available. Why? We weren't given the courtesy of an explanation.
Service was slow but otherwise we really enjoyed it.
We have been, dining at, Lima, almost since the inception

Lima was excellent. The food was fabulous and interesting. The service was very friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and accommodating. We had a great meal and great experience as we learned the origin and tradition of all the dishes we ate. Highly recommend to anyone. Can't wait to go back.
Great food. Didn’t realize it was here until we read a review. We will definitely go again.
