   There is a reason that Lilac is receiving it's third Michelin star it is the best place to eat in Tampa. As someone who travels the country eating at the best places I can find, it is my safe haven when I'm in town. I would recommend the four course dinner with the wine pairing. The sommelier on staff is excellent. He suffered through our many questions and curiosities.

   This was one of the best dining experiences we have ever had. From the greeting when we arrived to the escort when we left, it was a 5 Star experience! First of all was the attention to detail. Perfect. The staff had addressed everything. The specialty drinks; wonderful. And then the food... each and every item was a gastronomic surprise...incredible! I can go on and on but the best thing I can say is that if you want to experience one of the best meals you will ever have, Lilac is a must!

   Thank you to Lilac for an incredible evening. Our anniversary dinner was absolutely fantastic. We couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable experience. The food was delicious 🤤

   Fantastic experience at Lilac, food was amazing! Service was too tier and had a lovely weekend getaway with my boyfriend. Jesse was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable about all food options and wine pairing. Next Tampa trip we will definitely be back, one of the best dining experiences we have had!

   The best! Food was incredible and the service outstanding. Our waiter even customized our dessert from a conversation we had about motorcycles during dinner…WOW!

   My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here. They both only provided exceptional food, but provided a relaxed and custom experience that you can’t find anywhere else!

   We had an amazing experience at Lilac last night. From the moment we arrived, everything was top notch — the atmosphere, the service, and most importantly, the food. Every dish was beautifully executed with incredible attention to detail. Both of our servers were fantastic and made thoughtful recommendations that truly enhanced our meal. The wine pairings were spot on as well. I was honestly surprised to see any negative reviews — I believe they may come from people not fully understanding the concept or caliber of this type of restaurant. The pricing is absolutely justified by the quality of ingredients, level of service, and overall dining experience. Lilac exceeded all expectations, and we can’t wait to return.

    Food is unreal. Don’t miss the Turkish Tea Manhattan. Michelin status is well deserved. You want Ryan as your head waiter. Lovely handwritten note left on table for the birthday celebration.
