This was the best meal and experience I have had in a Denver restaurant in a long time. When I returned to the office, I emailed several others to go have lunch at Liberati. The food was fresh and delicious! The restaurant is comfy and spacious. I loved everything about Liberati!
Every food item was absolutely exceptional — amazing. The grape beer was also delicious. Definitely deserves a visit. We‘lo be back.
This place was a great find. Excellent design and layout of the space with a full restaurant, brewery, and hang out vibe all in one space. Excellent food with some interesting and unique adult beverage options. Known for the OENO Beers and unique flavor profiles. The food was fantastic and I will definitely be back to try a few more options. I was a bit unhappy with the Kampachi dish. A beautiful piece of fish that was just simply overcooked. The rest of the meal was excellent. I highly recommend the Guanciale and Shrimp fettuccini was done very well with a delicious unctuous smoky pork fat flavor. I will definitely be back and next time I'm bringing the whole crew.
Liberati is the best possible combination of creative food and drink, pushing the boundaries of tradition while honoring culture and lifestyle in a thoughtful, casual and fun way. The food was delicious with dietary accommodations made on the menu and in the kitchen. Beverages are mind-blowing and cover the gambit from comfortable/familiar to inventive creations we haven't dreamed of. Their friendly and accommodating staff provided excellent and personalized service. Simply outstanding!
Nice place in an up and coming neighborhood. Not a place for a quiet dinner as all the hard surfaces carry the noise. Food was very good with adequate portions.
Great food, atmosphere, and service! Will definitely go back!
An Italian gem in the Rockies. Unique take on beer. Worth your time and money.
I made this reservation a few days before and upon arriving on time we still had to wait for a table for about 10 minutes even though the restaurant was almost empty. The Prosecco came out warm and the food wasn’t hot. This is my second time here having a less than enjoyable experience. Kind of bummed because it was my birthday dinner.
The oenobeers were very interesting, much better than anticipated. We seem to prefer the beers with higher grape content.
Food was good but extremely limited vegetarian menu. One of two main vegetarian courses was not available.
We will definitely come back on a weekend night to check the action.
Awesome venue. Beautiful fountain!
Food, drinks and service all excellent. We will definitely be back.
Our waitress Brianna was awesome food was OK- Restaurant was very empty but was a beautiful ambience.
The pasta is a good choice here. I'm not a beer drinker but some of the oenobeers are more like champagne or port. On summer nights it is nice to sit outside by the fountain. They have parking.
New favorite spot in town! Excellent food, generous portions, great atmosphere, and the oenobeer is unreal. Crazy crazy good. Will definitely be back!
Lovely atmosphere, especially the patio with the fountain on a summer night! The restaurant was very empty for a Thursday evening we thought. The drinks were a new experience for us and fun to try. The food was ok, some dishes were great and others were not.
Excellent staff and unique cuisine! The fountain outside allows for fantastic photos, so bring your cameras!
Yummy east coast authentic Italian food with great service, beautiful patio, bacon wrapped plums, meatball sliders, chicken sampy and of course their specialty beers.
The service was some of the worst we’ve seen. They brought 1/4 of the fish one of us ordered and apologized and said they’d take off the bill which they forgot to do. It took 15 minutes for them to figure it out. They literally have only 3-4 dinner entrees to pick from. The menu was scrambled and way overpriced. Our waitress was confused about everything at best. I would never recommend anything about this place.
delicious food, above and beyond service, comfortable setting though the music was a little too loud. can't wait to go back for another meal!
The food was delicious and the beer is fantastic - so different and unusual. We love it!
Great neighborhood restaurant with a delightful hop theme for the brewery/restaurant concept. Amazing weekday business lunch specials!
The ambiance is great and the food was outstanding. Not a fan of the oenobeer - but that could just be me.
Beers were unique but the food was mediocre. I got a pasta and it tasted like it came out of a can. For 20$ your pasta shouldn’t taste that way. Would only go again for drinks. No more food purchases.
I am so glad that we found this amazing place! It’s such a great atmosphere, with amazing service. The food was incredible. I can’t wait until we visit Denver again so we can return to this awesome spot. Beer, Wine, Pasta? Can’t go wrong.
really unique concept with all beer brewed with wine. Some excellent brunch cocktails and a really cool atmosphere. They are clearly in it for the drinks and patio vs the food, which was very average.
Interesting menu, moderate prices, attentive staff, great patio.
Nachos were good. We had 2 servers - one of them was good. The patio is beautiful. Everything else was a miss. Food was bad and drinks weren’t delivered.
The patio is amazing. The food was good and our server was efficient and helpful.
The first time we came to this first, we were blown away by the creativity and authentic Italian food. The second was good but not as amazing as the first and this third time was such a disappointment. They really changed the menu and got rid of the elegance and creativity. It seemed dumbed down and on par with the olive garden rather than a restaurant that brags all their chefs come from Italy.
Everything was excellent. Oenobeer is definitely unique and delicious. They did a fantastic job on the space!
The beer was great, we have never had anything like that before! The server was knowledgeable and kind. Food was good but a few small changes could have improved the experience, the food came out room temp and the bread on the meatball sandwiches and plain toast could have been toasted to elevate the dish. I’ll be back nonetheless for beer and apps at the least. Great environment!
It was amazing food. Great ambiance and a very wonderful waitress.
Went for the first time with a friend. The restaurant is very spacious and welcoming. The patio is great for nice days, has a large fountain, bocce court and other lawn games. We shared the vegetable hummus and I had the house salad with chicken while my friend had the ricotta raviolis. The portions were very big (the platter was huge!) and the salad was good. My friend said she enjoyed the ravioli but was too full to finish. As others mention, the drinks are a bit pricey but my friend really enjoyed the Italian beer (I just had regular wine). The staff was friendly but the service was a bit slow, especially considering the place wasn't crowded. I live a block away and I never see many people there, but I do hope they are successful. It's nice to have a good restaurant just steps away from where I live, but the area is a bit residential and slightly off the beaten path. I would definitely recommend it for evening drinks outside and a few bites.
Italian nachos were really good but the pasta was meh. A little bland, a little dry. Drinks were good but pricey. Our waitress was great, so nice and helpful and attentive. Lady who seemed to be a manager wasn’t so pleasant. I liked the decor and feel. Huge patio! Would come back but maybe only for happy hour.
It’s great when you go to a place that has a concept. Especially when it’s not pretentious, fake or derivative. The space is great -it’s comfortable, the ambient noise is controlled by wood and leather. The patio is huge. I’ve eaten here twice and without getting into specific dishes everything is awesome. Great wine list too. Then there are the beers. The oeno beers they make are super creative. Grapes are included in familiar styles and new styles too without being gimmicky. All beers are served appropriately for their style and ABV. It’s clear that they believe in what they’re doing and are working to create a new style. And Liberati’s just getting started. The restaurant and bar team are super. Everyone clearly knows about the food and the beers and cares about them. There’s none of the soulless boring recital of what local farm produced the shallots as the server points to the things on the plate and rattles off meaningless descriptions. Service is great without being intrusive. Servers show up at the right moment and the attitude is ‘hey what can we do to help you guys keep partying?’ If you want something new and different and great, go here.
The food wasn’t my favorite. We had pasta and it was lacking in flavor and seasoning overall but we loved the ambiance and location even if a little off the beaten path. The outdoor courtyard is amazing and the drinks were great. We’ll give the food another try.
Overall, it was a pretty average experience. Food was fine, service wasn’t great.
It was delicious! We had a great time with our family and enjoyed everything we ordered, from the bacon dates, the chicken wings, and all the pasta to the amazing oenobeers and deserts. Thank you!
