Fantastic French local with a real homey feel. Food is very good and the atmosphere is a comfortable blend of relaxed and classy. Can really recommend it if you want an easy, delicious dinner that won’t disappoint.

The Chateaubriand evening represented especially good value for money. The food was well prepared and the wine list was reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful. This was the last evening before Tier 3 lockdown.

A very enjoyable ambience especially once the number of diners increased from. 6.45pm onwards. Excellent food, especially only hours before having to shut due to COVID restrictions.

Le Salon Prive never disappoints. And their set lunchtime menu is very good value with plenty of choice. The tables are set wide apart and the service is attentive without being overdone. It is my favourite restaurant.

I booked this restaurant as an early birthday meal for my husband, as plans for his actual birthday had to be cancelled, due to Covid. I’m so glad I found this place. The food and service were both excellent. We will be going back again, once lockdown 2.0 is over!
