   We visit the Rest. first time the ambience and food was excellent. Our waiter drive us through the Menu very good.

   sat on the patio on a cool evening and it was just lovely. the food is always divine!!! the shaking beef a favorite ❤️

   Started with a Saigon colada for me and Smoked old fashioned for Mo. As an appetizer we did crispy shrimp &pork rolls. Then moved on to Beef Phó. The main was “shaken beef” then, finalized with a scoop of coconut ice cream. Happy Mother’s Day Cat Mamma. Our server, Kylie, was fantastic! Very attentive, friendly and a great conversationalist. We ordered family style and she suggested coursing out our dishes. The general manager came and spoke with us multiple times. Again, outstanding service from the entire staff.

   I enjoy coming back to this restaurant time and time again! The vibe is classy, sophisticated, and worldly—without being stuffy. The manager and staff will make sure you feel welcomed and appreciated. I come for the green shrimp curry, but thought the coconut rice and beet salad (new orders for me) were also outstanding. Everything is fresh, flavorful and beautifully plated. You get more than you pay for here. I will keep coming back.

   As an African American man it’s important to me to dine at places that have good flavor, service and ambiance. I never would have expected that I would love French Vietnamese as much as I enjoyed Le Colonial. The flavor profile of the food options is seriously out of this world. Get the snapper and ask for extra sauce. I just want them to add the prawns and crab back on the menu.

    Our table was not comfortable , really uncomfortable for group of six . Huge plant was right behind a chair and you can’t even move your chair to sit down . Very awkward and uncomfortable seating.
