    The food and drinks at Le Colonial are very good and fairly priced for the quality, ambiance, and service that you receive. The decor is beautiful and truly reminiscent of a bygone era. The restaurant is also consistent in the quality and delivery of the food and drinks it offers. I never have any major complaints about this restaurant, and I will definitely return.

    The price of the food is ridiculous. Good but very overpriced even in the River Oaks District.

    Our server was amazing! Attentive, accommodating of any requests, professional and KIND! Genuinely great service and friendly staff from front door to the bar to the table! Food was on point, fresh, made perfectly with a couple of restrictions, and always amazing. Was there for Father’s Day celebration weekend and our lunch was truly worth the experience and food. Thank you for living up to our high expectations!

    Great server. Good food. The only negative is that the restrooms are upstairs. There are no restrooms downstairs in the main dining area.

    We love Le Colonial as the food is outstanding. Great atmosphere and we sat upstairs in the bar area. The service was excellent and we were not rushed. The only challenge on a Saturday night with a later reservation the music was a dj and switched from nice background music to a loud almost festival level volume and we were no longer able to have a table conversation.

    We had wonderful service and food. It was very loud, but we had an older person who could not hear. But if loudness doesn’t bother you, everything else is top notch.

    4 friends went to Houston to Le Colonial to celebrate our birthday. We had a blast. Never had to wait for drinks or food, but server did not hover. Glad that it wasn't too noisy!
