   Best meal I’ve had in Denver in awhile! Our server, Gabrielle, was fantastic. High quality food, great drinks. Definitely will be returning!

   The decor is outstanding, as was the service. My friend and I shared two small plates … dumplings and Crispy shrimp and pork rolls. Wow! So so good. We are chatty and were catching up, but wait staff continued to reassure us that there was no rush. Nice. Also top of my list for restaurants… white tablecloth, which you’ll find at Le Colonial. I know it’s more expensive but too many restaurants have discontinued.

   Food was no better than most Asian restaurants. We had a lot of different items and all four in our party thought the food was not bad but nothing special. Our server was not rude but barely talked and had no personality. The restaurant was beautiful and had a great ambiance. I will pay top dollar for great food but the food was expensive and I felt you could get the same food at most nice Vietnamese /asian restaurant for a lot less.

   Numerous dining experiences at Le Colonial, over a dozen. The food continues to be innovative and the service professional. However, a little pet peeve, if the service personnel asks if you would like another ice tea, I would expect they would mention that it is not a refill, but considered another separate request at an additional six dollars. The ice tea is delicious and not a vast amount, however, I think they should alert the diner that it is an additional charge and not simply a refill. I really cannot think of another white cloth restaurant, that charges for a refill of ice tea, especially when it is not declared at the time of the request. Still, an outstanding dining experience from the menu selection, to the talented staff, from hostess to service, under the watchful eye of the most professional managers.

   Inattentive service. Located next to high traffic service area. Asked to order entire meal all at once. Table next to us with same server was able to order in stages. Both apps (fried roll & dumpling) came out at room temperature. Plates were hard to fit on 2-top—there was no room for everything on the table. Our cold app (beets) was then coursed with our hot entree. We were really excited to go, and had high hopes. Heard great things. Very disappointing experience. At that price point, it should be better.

   While the food was delicious, the service from the waitress was really really bad, the worst we've ever experienced. We ordered appetizers and drinks to start, which arrived fairly quickly. We had finished both and waited for 15 minutes for the waitress to take the order for our meals. Once our meals arrived, shortly after ordering, we were hoping to place another drink order but it wasn't until 30 minutes after our meals were delivered that she came to see if everything was okay. At that point we were done with our meals and asked for the check. It took another 20 minutes (!!!) for the check to arrive. Based on the service we won't be going back, but we will try takeout if it is offered. The bussers, runners and host did a wonderful job but the waitress was awful.

   It has been a long time since I have experienced such a fabulous menu. It is my new most favorite place in town. Thank you for such a fabulous lunch. Be back soon with more friends for dinner.

   The entire dining experience was exceptional From the welcoming staff to the waiters could not have been nicer And the food Have to go back for more ! The tuna tartar was the best And shaking beef a long time menu item is still there for a reason Book today ?

    Food was amazing, service great, we had to wait for our reservation for over 30 minutes, so they comped our pre-dinner cocktails!! Definitely our new favorite restaurant!!
