   One of my favorite restaurants in La Quinta The ambiance of sitting in the courtyard with the lighted trees and great music is just an added touch to great food and a excellent service

   Such a wonderful evening at Lavender Bistro. The service was attentive and friendly. The patio is so beautiful and the music set the mood for a special evening. From the appetizer to the dessert, the food was excellent. We plan on making this our special evening when we visit next year

   I love Lavender’s for the ambiance. Hard to beat. Been going there since it opened. But the night we ate there my Caesar salad was so over dressed I could not eat it and sent it back. Also was hard to cut up the lettuce heads in a plate with high sides like a bowl. My husband said his tuna tower was good but could have been colder. We’re not a fan of semi cold sushi. Our friend ordered the halibut special and it was over cooked. All that said we will still go back because the patio is just so beautiful. If the food was as good as the ambiance that would be a huge bonus.

   Beautiful restaurant, especially the gardens. Don’t miss it. Some in our party said they had a very good meal. I did not enjoy the lobster ravioli. This dish is not good with red sauce. Hope they will reconsider that recipe.

    Such a culinary experience, the food and drinks were excellent as well as the service. Unfortunately due to high winds we had to relocate inside the restaurant, However the Service staff was very accommodating in moving our table inside. Live music excellent, will be back in better weather. Overall excellent experience.
