Amazing experience, great food and drinks. There was a mistake with one of our starters and the chef apologised, took it off the bill ad offered us another starter to take away, which was amazing.

Waited 20 minutes for someone to come and take a drink order and by that time we were ready to order food. Asked for everything to come together (I had starters and mum had main) but that was ignored. I wasn’t even given the spinach and feta borek, it was cream cheese and dill. The babaganoush was more like a salsa. My chips didn’t come, I had to ask where they were 10-15 minutes in. Only 1 toilet was open for a restaurant that had roughly 70 customers. Cocktails were nice though. I wouldn’t go back based on this experience.

Was a amazing experience all round went for my birthday meal with my girls and I had a great time staff were lovely we was not rushed for our table the portion sizes are massive and great value for money place is lovely all round

It was my mom's birthday and the first time we visited this restuarant. The service was great. I brought cupcakes and candles to sing happy birthday. The server prepared it in the back ,lit the candles and put on a birthday song on the music system so we could sing along. It was a lovely end to a great night out

The service wasn't the best unfortunately. Our waitress did not write our order down and although we were clear with our order it got messed up. They brought the wrong starter for my niece, she ate it anyway to save any fuss but then the correct starter arrived with her main meal! I asked for this to be removed from our bill as we couldn't have eaten it all. They did remove the item but it spoiled the evening for me, there was no apology for the mix-up, and it seemed as though we werent believed. We asked to be moved also as they sat us quite near the door and it was too cold for me. There were lots of other tables free. We had to request water for the table, it was not offered. The food was tasty but the service let things down. We paid the service charge despite not getting any real service.

Overall good place for dinner. The food came out cold and had to wait for the fries separately which I couldn’t quite understand why. The service and lead waitress was very good, attentive and speedy. The placement of where we sat was close to the door and therefore got really cold at times. Despite the cold, the food and service were excellent. I would definitely come back!

Food was very different due to new management- very salty kebab. Very slow service and payment took almost 30 mins to do as machines were not working so this was very frustrating. The drinks were served differently but still had flavour. The front of the restaurant is really cold so uncomfortable sitting there. Table wasn’t made for us so we had to wait a bit and the floor was dirty under the table.

Would be great to find a menu online somewhere, the front of house seemed a bit frosty, the waiting staff were accommodating and very good, the entertainment was great.
