Need new survey rating for noise level. Energetic is not the proper word. It was extremely tooooo loud in the open seating area. It was hard to hear my friend, the waitstaff or myself think. We had one drink, which wasn’t the best, and left.

So I decided to book my birthday dinner here with all of my friends. At the time when I went to go book 3 weeks in advance, the party room of 25 was already booked for the time slot that I wanted me and my friends to meet. And then on top of that only having the room for two hours, I didn’t know when everyone was going to show up so I would rather just book a regular table. Even though my party was of 17 people JC, which was my server was absolutely the best.!!! he got everyone’s order correct down pack to the drinks and everything pretty much came out super quick out of the kitchen. I also had cupcakes and dipped items that needed a fridge, which they took care of that also.! All of the hostesses and bartenders were extremely accommodating! I had the best time ever, knowing that everything went really really smoothly! thank you again for giving me the best birthday!

This was such a fun experience and the food was better than expected for it being a karaoke "bar". It was definitely a karaoke restaurant.

We had a fantastic experience at LALA. From the attentive service to the thoughtfully crafted menu, everything was perfect. The calamari, ratatouille goat cheese toast, and roasted chicken were all absolutely delicious.

My recent visit to Lala Tampa was nothing short of amazing. The ambiance was delightful and set the perfect mood for our meal. The food was delicious, with flavors that truly stood out. The service was exceptional—attentive without being intrusive, which made for a relaxed dining experience. The beautiful decorations added to the overall charm of the place. We will definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommend!

Food was good. Service was ok. It was obviously loud bc it’s a karaoke restaurant. The worst thing was thag the door was left open and we were seated by the door so it was hot inside of the restaurant.

Food was excellent. Service was good except for a few bumps (forgot a salad dressing & again when again requested + one other similar lapse). Noise level was okay because we were outside. Inside would have been unbearable .Maybe that’s just how it is in Tampa on a Saturday night. Will definitely go back because of food but will reserve outside which is covered.

Waitress cut off and spoke over us, while we were ordering. The meatballs we ordered as an appetizer were cold. Host and atmosphere were nice. I understand the service industry is difficult, but there’s no reason to treat your customers poorly and not even provide common courtesy.

It was hard to get a reservation, yet there were many empty tables. The food was very mediocre. The ambiance was blah. It is a karaoke/bar. I would definitely go there for drinks and karaoke, but definitely not for the food.
