"THE STORY Our story began in 2018 when lifelong friends and business partners Daniele and Eduardo spotted an opportunity to bring ‘la bella vita’ to busy Londoners. Using Daniele’s Italian Nonna and her traditional recipes as inspiration we embarked on a mission to bring the best fresh pasta dishes in London town! Our pasta is freshly made daily with zero zero flour from Italy and it is combined with egg, water, and salt. Our sauces are made in-house with Nonna’s love using the freshest ingredients sourced from Italy and our UK homeland. Nonna’s dishes are finished with a sprinkle of Pecorino or Parmigiano Reggiano cheese depending on preference and tradition and of course, the pasta will be always cooked al dente, Nonna’s way!"

    This place is a real hidden gem. The food was awesome and service was fantastic. Interesting little place. The focaccia was so tasty as well as the pasta. I would recommend the tiramisu it was amazing

    Absolutely divine pasta. We had the aubergine, focaccia and carbonara. All of them were fantastic. Not the cheapest in Brixton but fairly priced for the quality. I’m still thinking about it! Would love to come back and try more of the dishes.

    The service was amazing and the staff there are so friendly and smiley. Some lovely music was playing in the background and the staff were dancing which made it fun. The food was so good, the focaccia bread, the pasta and the pistachio cake and gelato. I will definitely visit La Nonna again.

    Everything was delicious. Loved my mushroom pasta dish. Staff all warm, friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

    Absolutely amazing. We live Italy and have been many times, in large part for the food, and, as we told the owner, La Nonna is some of the best, if not THE best Italian food we've ever had. Back there very soon.
