   I have been to this restaurant several times and it used to be delicious. This time, the food was uncooked and we had to wait too long between course. The overall experience was very disappointing

   Pre-theatre dinner with 4 work colleagues. Had a fabulous time. All whims met graciously amd swiftly by the waiter and waitress. Food was delicious, sourced and cooked to a very high standard. Owner was delightful too!

   You get what you pay for. I feel kind of bad giving an average review for this place because the service *was* good. The food was just really, really average. For instance, the vegetables we were served had clearly been (over)cooked previously and then reheated. The fruit salad we had for dessert was nice, but in a school canteen sort of way. It really didn't seem like a lot of effort had been put in but, like I said, this is reflected in the price.

   La Dolce Vita surprises you with its cosy film club setting on a suburban street corner. The authentic Italian food cooked fresh from seafood to meat was delicious and the fruity desserts were excellent. We have a wonderful evening for 6 people at very good value. Highly recommended

   We went for an early dinner ahead of an Arsenal match. The food and service were very good. Decor was much improved from the old BOSCO incarnation. My only reservation was the high cost of the wine , with the cheapest bottle being £26 , which is expensive for this class of establishment. Overal pretty good and I have booked to go again.

   Went for their "Halloween party" which was a nice atmosphere but their special Halloween menu was ghoulish. Food was cold and had to send it back to the kitchen. We were the only people in the entire restaurant so that was very disturbing that they couldn't bring out hot food. Dessert was a "graveyard" that turned out to be basically small scoops of ice cream covered in WAY too much crushed chocolate cookies. Overall, very disappointing visit. Not sure if we will return.

   Fantastic local Italian, producing modern versions of classic dishes. Super fresh ingredients. Pastry chef is a particular genius. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Chilled out, well designed restaurant with great ambience. Well worth heading off the Upper Street chaos for the 5 minute walk to this little gem.
