Overall good experience. Throw back style romantic steak house. Steaks were cooked perfectly , salad was very good and cocktails very good. Aldo a good waitstaff.

An absolute classic - wonderful and attentive service; simple and delicious food, no gimmicks; fantastic cocktails, also classics - the Paper Plane I had was simply perfect. Dark old booths, a nice bar, Sinatra and Dean could walk in at any moment, dress up and treat yourself.

Went to see my nephew play in a band and had never been here before. It's very dark but kind of swanky. Gives off fun rat pack vibes. Service was top notch from hostess to waitress to support staff. Steak was cooked to perfection and salad was very good. The twice baked potato was a little hard, not super creamy and the skin was hard and dry. I will get a regular baked potato next time. The wine and cocktails were superb and the live music sounded really good! Would go back!!

Always an excellent meal; whether a special event or just a nice dinner with friends and family. This subterranean restaurant is a local’s secret. Not a long menu, but excellent preparation and professional staff always deliver a great experience. Start with a fine classic cocktail.

Delicious Filet Mignon cooked perfectly. Nice bake potato with plenty of sour cream. Excellent Cheese Bread. Garlic mushroom appetizers to die for and topped off with an amazing carrot cake. Nice friendly staff and very professional servers. Once a year I receive a nice bonus from work and celebrate at La Cave every year!

I have not been to La Cave for about 20 years and was a little nervous about the ambience and the food had changed. I concern was completely without merit. Still one of the top places to enjoy a great cut of meat that is expertly prepared. I think they are underselling the size of the filet mignon. It had to be more than 8oz and was unbelievable. Don't underestimate the strip stake either. There are no prices on the menu, however, with such a great meal why are you asking? With service compris it was about $100/person. Absolutely going back again. Vive La Cave!
