   The over all tasters menu was delicious, we got the meat and fish options. The service was exceptional and the drinks were so good. I just felt like the spice flavor was kind of the same with all the dishes so that’s why I only gave it 4 stars

   We made a reservation weeks in advance and were seated in the back of the restaurant next to a large party when plenty of other more pleasant seats were available. This place appears to attract to US tourists, everyone inside appeared to be from the US. Our server was nice, but we ordered too much and wish we were advised of this. Further, the water is not complimentary. The food is good but nothing special. Do not recommend this place; unfortunately, we felt that we were taken advantage of as a US tourist.

While we always do our best to accommodate all preferences, the seating on any given evening is influenced by a variety of factors including party sizes, pre-assigned reservations, and service logistics. That said, we appreciate your comment and will revisit how we manage available spaces to ensure a more comfortable experience for all guests. As for the water policy, it is common in many restaurants in the UK to charge for bottled water, but still or tap water is always available on request. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future — we’d love the opportunity to provide you with the warm and memorable experience that we strive for.

    Arrived at 9pm on a Saturday. Chose the tasting menu to £75 (5 courses). Great taste, although 2 of the courses was a bit too hot for my taste - but that's my problem not theirs ;-) Several small "rooms" in the restaurant. Somewhat bad acoustics in my "room" - topped with unnecessary loud background music - Why? We were kind of rushed through the 5 courses, we felt. Plates was removed before there were empty. 11pm we stood outside the restaurant again. I'll fully respect that the staff wants to end work at 11pm but maybe they shouldn't allow bookings for 9pm then.
