   From the moment you walk into Kumoya, you can tell this place is something special. The design is minimalist and elegant! We began our evening with the Salmon Tartare, which was a delightful blend of freshness and flavor. Steak Tartare was a revelation. The quality of the beef was evident in every bite, tender and seasoned to perfection. The Crab Fried Rice, simple in concept, but executed with such depth — perfectly cooked rice, generous crab. We also loved the Pork Belly Lettuce Wraps — crispy, savory, with just enough spice and acid to keep every bite exciting. Our drinks were equally impressive. The cocktail menu offers a range of innovative concoctions showcasing the mixologist's creativity and skill.

   First off, the service was incredible. Sahar was so very sweet, knowledgeable, and made our experience on our 12th anniversary a memorable one. The food was great, saki was awesome, and we will be going back very soon!

   Our first visit to Kumoya was very good. We were very impressed with the quality of the food and the service. The eggplant dish was amazing and the sushi was world class. The location in the Highlands is excellent with ample parking nearby. The atmosphere and ambience in the main part of the restuarant was excellent. They have an overflow section in the restuarant as well so that the likelihood of being turned away is low with plenty of seating.

   This was one of the most elegant experiences I've had in a long time. The atmosphere was so special, the food was even more delicious and the service was incredible. We asked our server to surprise us with our last roll and it was amazing! I believe it was Salmon Toro Roll. We also had the Winter Roll and the Hotate Roll as well as the fried chicken. OMG!! SO DELICIOUS 🤤

   We had the most amazing experience at this incredible Japanese restaurant for my partner’s birthday dinner. From start to finish, everything was perfect, each dish was a custom surprise tailored to our tastes, and every bite was more delicious than the last. The cocktails were equally impressive, perfectly paired with the food and full of flavor. To top it all off, we ended the night with the sweetest, most delicious birthday shots that were the perfect final touch. The service, atmosphere, and attention to detail made this a night to remember. We’ll definitely be back soon, and often!
