   I’d like to be able to review this restaurant but when we arrived at our reserved time on New Year’s Eve we found that it was shut! Obviously this was far from ideal, extremely disappointing and marred our evening celebrations.

   How this is ever rated four stars by anyone is mind blowing. Literally the worst place I've used on OpenTable in my many years of being a customer. Restaurant is awful. Decor is terrible. It's reminiscent of an old crusty kebab shop from student years.

   BEWARE!!!! THIS RESTAURANT WILL NOT HONOUR SET MENUS IF YOU BOOK THROUGH OPEN TABLE. WRONG APPROACH!! How stupid to surcharge people who respond to their ads...even if they do need to pay a commision. It's called a marketing budget!!!

   We loved this restaurant, were unfamiliar with Turkish but found it similar to Greek. Service was friendly, efficient and helpful. If we return to London, will be sure to return to Koza - thank you!

   We had a very good time and it is ideal for a business setting. Privacy and space.

   We went early evening, so the restaurant was not busy. The staff were lovely, the food arrived quickly and was excellent. Really enjoyed our meal and would definitely recommend and return.

   Lovely reception by friendly staff. Explained items on menu when asked. Great to watch food being prepared and cooked at back of seating area. Were allowed to take our time and we're not pestered. I'd return without hesitation

   The food was amazing. Very authentic. The portions were big, I was not able to finish, but I left satisfied and full.

    We'd been to the Imperial War Museum for the morning and Koza is conveniently located directly opposite. We started by sharing the mixed meze for two and then each had a delicious main. I had a dessert as well. All very nicely cooked, full of flavour and very tasty. And washed down with a good robust glass of Turkish red wine.
