Set in what was originally an old dairy shop and previously a butchers the restaurant has preserved features such as original tiling and a glass 1920's ceiling. Korova is a small intimate restaurant with a petit art-deco style bar serving a concise cocktail list of Martini's Negroni's and modern takes on classics.
The food is contemporary European with a forever changing menu of seasonal produce from suppliers, breeders and growers who share our values and passion. Some items are produced locally, some from remote farms in France and Italy.

I was very optimistic about this lovely looking local place, however the food and drinks are very expensive for the venue. We spent £240 on 4 people! The steak main was the most disappointing as it was an entrecôte cut and very fatty and chewy. A pity. I won’t be going back for dinner.

A lovely family run restaurant where my family are always welcomed and made to feel like part of the family. The food is lovely too! Would recommend to anyone.

A pleasant ambiance, good service and a low noise level, so it was all the more disappointing that the food did not match the environment. With four of us dining, only one of the main dishes was first rate. Well cooked fish needed a suitable garnish. And the expensive steak was over cooked, dried out and virtually uneatable. In any self-respecting restaurant, ambitious of excellence, it would never have left the kitchen.
