   We had to wait 30min even though we had a reservation. But the service was awesome once we finally got seated!

   Way to long to be seated with reservations, to much time to get chef . Dinner took 3 hours

Due to our unique communal seating arrangement at the Teppanyaki table, our reservations are based on Priority Seating, which will offer you the shortest available wait time when you check in and your party is complete. Our goal is to seat priority seating within a 15 minutes window but sometimes many celebrations stay longer than expected and cause a delay for your party.    Last night was not a good experience like I usually have with Kobe’s. I made a reservation for 7:30. We weren’t seated until 8pm and we didn’t start eating until 9pm. It was a terrible experience and very uncomfortable as everyone was getting annoyed at the table. I had a 3 year old with me extremely hungry and tired but even with reservations you get put on the back burner if it isn’t your birthday or celebration. Waste of money and didn’t turn out to be a family fun night like expected

   Food, service all is wonderful. Only issue, Brandon location floors are super slick, you will fall if not careful!

   Some of the employees are very rude and inexperienced in customer service. Should really not be in the service industry. Overall I’ve visited this location many times and it’s hit or miss depending on who’s working that day or what manager is on duty as there have been attitudes from managers in the past as well. Seems everyone brings their home frustrations to work. The chefs are always great and the food is good.

   We waited over an hour past our reservation time. And it was technically after closing when we got seated.
