All the items we ate had great flavor. The service was awesome!! We will visit again!
Amazing service from caring professionals. Best of everything!!!
One of the best restaurants on Maui. Never have been disappointed with anything on the menu. Sensational!
Delicious food to meet everyone's tastes, even gluten-free. Staff is very attentive while not being pushy and helpful in describing various offerings.
Great food!!From apps to dessert
Highly recommend it!
Great friendly quick service from Sarah. Food was 4 stars. I had the seafood pancit but I think the quality of the noodles itself could be better. The vegetables and seafood on it was good though. We also had the vegetable tempura. The vegetables were battered perfectly but the sauce/dip was salty and missing something? Overall it was good!
Very good. Will definitely return again
While on vacation at the Fairmont Kea Lani, it is one fine option for exquisite dining!
We took friends to Ko for a birthday dinner. Our server was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious. They brought out a little dessert for our friend, which made her feel very special.
Service at the entire Fairmont is awesome. Highly recommend the ahi on the rock. Veggies were very fresh. Fresh catch preparation was fairly good but dishes were very under seasoned. Wait staff was extremely attentive to my dairy, gluten and soy avoidance and gladly accommodated me.
Excellent. On point start to finish. Our waiter (who is usually a bartender) was fantastic. Super great eve.
Wonderful food, relaxing and elegant atmosphere. The food alone is worth the trip. And the service is excellent.
I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in Maui! We loved it! The food was absolutely amazing and the server (Sarah) was AWESOME!! I couldn’t have asked for a better dinner night out with my family!!!
Wasn’t impressed. We went in with high expectations thinking we were going to get great meal, but it was disappointing and incredibly mediocre. We ordered the calamari as an appetizer and it was a bland oily mess. I had the garlic noodles with seafood mix and the taste was underwhelming and it had very little seafood in it. I understand that you have to way overpay for hotel restaurant food, but I also expect to have a semi decent meal. This was just an overpriced night of disappointment.
We had a great time. We ate at the bar and had appetizers and a dinner each. Great happy hour 2 for 1. Bartender was awesome. Highly recommend the shrimp appetizer and the
Grilled scallops and shrimp entree.
Our food was good and same for the service!
We loved Ko. They did a great job of blending the tastes that represents people groups on the island. The server Kris and the hostess Sylvia made our night special. We will definitely be back.
Our waitress was absolutely amazing!!
the food and service were great! We had a wonderful evening celebrating Maui.
Great everything! We always enjoy ourselves when we go there for either lunch or dinner.
Great Kama'aina specials!
Nick our waiter was OUTSTANDING! Celebrated my father & son’s birthday... what a pleasure it was... we will be back.
Best meal we had on Maui and our server was FANTASTIC
Food was great, service great and drinks done well
Although they were not offering the Kama'aina discount that we always go for, we were still happy to spend our valentine's day dinner there. The price for the portions were a little high but being at a high end restaurant that was expected. We come here at least 2 to 3 times per year and we have noticed that some portions have definitely gotten smaller while prices have increased a little as well. Overall we were still happy with our dinner, but will likely only be dining here when we can take advantage of our kama'aina discount so that we get the most bang for our buck, especially when it comes to cocktails. Without the 25% off on cocktails, we definitely would not be ordering more than 1 drink at $20.
Louis is an awesome waiter and made the dining experience very special. Every dish that he brought out was delicious. Extraordinary evening at the Ko
The Portuguese Soup was good comfort food, but the rest of the menu seemed a little uninspired. Had a much better dinner at Duo the night before and Cuatro in Kihei the night after. Too bad, since the setting has so much potential. At the Fairmont, eat at Nick’s Fishmarket. Much nicer.
Beautiful venue / delicious food/ attentive service
Truly amazing experience, exceptional care given by all Ko’s team
We had heard good things about Ko and had a gift card for the Fairmont. For my birthday we chose to dine here.
The service was solid, the restaurant nice and ambiance was ok, mostly outdoor dining.
The food to me was a little overpriced, a little pretentious and I was honestly glad I had a gift card otherwise I would have been very disappointed to spend well over $100 on a dinner.
For the price, I would certainly expect more flavor and better quality food.
As I mentioned, service was good, the server was very attentive but my fiancé was a little disappointed that nothing special was done even though they all knew it was a birthday celebration.
Food was excellent!
It was my birthday....and everything was perfect....
the food, the table, the ambience and the service. I could go anywhere I wanted to for my birthday dinner and I am so glad that I chose Ko's.
Seated promptly at a nice table overlooking the grounds. Interesting menu, but we were not very adventurous. My fresh fish entree was quite good, but not 5 star. KO is the best restaurant in the Fairmont so certainly worth a try, particularly if you are staying there.
Thank you for the kama’aina!
Our waiter Louis was exceptional. Very knowledgeable, fun and excellent recommendations.
We ate here twice on this trip and booked a third reservation for our last night. The first meal, on our first night in Maui provided great service and food quality. The second visit was so poor that do
we cancelled our reservation for our final night. Our waiter seemed nervous and inexperienced and the food was not even average. Both my husbands and my main course fish dishes that were served lukewarm. The accompanying side dishes were actually cold ( should have been hot). Neither of us ate more than a bite of the sides. For the price, this restaurant should provide a fabulous experience from start to finish. Very disappointing.
Ko is one of our favourite. Have dined and enjoyed their meal preparations for past 17 years. We have lost count of our visits but would be over 50 Food and ingredients are exceptional !! The chef team is always happy to make dietary adjustments or satisfy a preference. This particular evening was near perfect until the folios arrived. 9 of us were dining ... we had indicated when we sat down that easiest for separate bills. Evening was lovely. Cocktails great Food fantastic ... bills came wrong. Our table was very accommodating trying to help her correct them. We sat 45 minutes .... and received 6 versions of folios. Still trying so politely to help our sever. It was when a very inappropriate comment came out of servers mouth that we started to be impatient. I will wait for a manager to contact me. Would have been a Perfect evening with great friends ... just an odd ending to the night
Beautiful outdoor setting. Fabulous food but appetizer and entree proved too much. Have the lobster tempura.
Our meals were fresh and delicious. Service was slower than usual, but friendly. Our table was not the best, being stuck near the hotel hallway.
Disappointing given its high reviews. We were expecting a fine dining experience but instead dined among people in flip flops and cut off Jeans with tee shirts. The service seemed to be lowered to the standards of the clientele. It was simply average. We would not return.
