   Nothing. The chicken wings and ribs were very undercooked. My wife's hamburger was sloppy. As we left, we saw that a table had ordered the S'mores dessert over half of it was uneaten. The reason that I mention this is because I wanted to order dessert. Thanks for the heads-up mystery table. I wouldn't recommend Kingsford Fire Grille to my enemies (see below). The experience was a disaster. Happy Birthday to me!

   Ate at the bar. Bartender James was great! Unfortunately, nothing else was great. Host seemed totally disinterested in anything. Food was average with couple of hiccups. Men's room was a mess. I want to like this place, but it needs better management.

   Went Saturday night and restaurant was dead. Should have been my first clue. 2 tables seated. After placing order and waiting 10 minutes, was told the restaurant was out of brisket and out of ribs. (30% of the menu items) Was told they had been out all day but wasn't told when we placed our order and sat waiting. All 4 restaurants at Westshore within 100 feet of this restaurant were running a 40 -60 minute wait and this restaurant was empty. Wonder why? Would never go back but they will be out of business within the year.

   No employees wearing masks so we did not feel Covid-safe eating there.

   It was a soft opening. So taking that into consideration. However; the processes of the restaurant are flawed within the training. Good people but couldn't execute the flow of the experience. We had to get up and ask for things at least 4 times. Had to also send a steak back requesting medium and it was maroon on the inside. Waiter was friendly and we tipped him well. It was his 2nd day.

   We had reservation at 7 outside and when we got there told it was full and we would have to wait till someone left . We sat inside , placed our order , then they came back and told us it would be at least 30 minutes , kitchen was busy . Our food finally came part of the order was wrong and the food was cold . They knew they had mess up so they gave us a dessert for free , This was on New Year Eve they were not on there a game. We were from out town but would not recommend this place.

    This was our first time at Kingsford Fire Grille. We had low expectations after reading some of the poor reviews. But we figured we would give it a try and it was better than expected. The service was excellent. The iced tea, fries and baked beans were awesome. Even the homemade chip appetizer was very good. The rest of the food was average at best. The menu is limited and probably needs a refresh. Not sure what this restaurant is trying to be known for. It needs a signature something. I seriously doubt people will come here for steaks or barbeque because other places in town do it much better. However, I hope it works outs because the location is great and the restaurant is open and spacious.
