   Restaurant closed, even if we booked a table. We left from Watford to have a 1hours journey to reach the restaurant, and it was closed. Amazing experience

   Such a cute place. Great service, really helpful friendly and has that family run vibe. Food was fresh and lovely. little gem that i am glad i found on open table. Will be back for sure

   Jamal is a real personality it seems in and out of the kitchen. He had lots of stories of food and beyond, was personable about the Brixton area and was a real delight to talk with. The cous cous is the best I’ve had in London, and the Tajines are exceptionally good value (we shared one between 2 and it was enough). Great quiet vibe, a real hidden gem. Can’t wait to return.

   A very good place in Brixton with authentic Algerian food. The staff could be more polite, not making it obvious that they want to run over as many guests as possible, though - this spoils the whole experience!

   Very tasty Algerian food. Excellent, friendly and rapid service. Prices are fair value but not cheap, so it would be good if they took cards - this is a pretty basic expectation nowadays! However, there is a cash point across the road. Book through the restaurant's own website for a good starter deal.

   What a lovely restaurant with great food. The owner is also the chef and he clearly puts his heart and soul into his cooking. Great value plus it's byo so we had a lovely night which didn't cost us the earth - rare in London

    I went here with an Algerian friend because we'd read good things about it and we weren't disappointed! We both had the salmon which was delicious, especially with the leeks on top, and I love that there's no corkage fee for the BYOB. We also tried the cakes at the end of the meal and they were SO GOOD. Highly recommended!
