Always a great experience for us at Ko and their new Kea Lani Dinner Experience was no exception! They have the best staff and amazing food. We were there on their 3rd night of being open and the only improvement we suggested was making sure that the food stayed hot on the buffet. Don't think about trying this out, just do it!! Amazing deal for Kama'aina too!!

Probably one of the best buffets I've ever had. Food was spectacular. Highly recommend. The ahi lollipops were amazing along with the octopus salad.

A great way to experience the Taste of Maui through the buffet featuring various local cuisine (like Pancit, Lechon, Korean Fried Rice, Grilled Mahi, Lavender Shrimp and more!) together the traditional buffet classics such as Prime Rib. I highly recommend

This was a perfect dining experience. The food stations were all unique and fresh, the selections were locally sourced, and ambiance was spot on!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The warm greeting, the food! If I was to pick my top three, it would have to be the melt in your mouth spareribs, maybe the octopus and papaya salad, but then there were the yummy cocktails and deserts, it was like I was at Ko, but didn’t have to choose, we got to sample some of everything! The presentation was beautifully done, the live music was great, we will definitely be back! Mahalo nui loa Fairmont!

I attended a soon to be Kō service try out. Since kō is going to renovate their dish buffet was what we tried. Service was amazing from the get go. There were well enough staff support. The food was amazing, the cleanliness for all good was on point. Drinks were delicious I tried 2 different kinds on the menu. I really hope people don’t discourage with tipping their servers or staff though. Even if you’re serving yourself buffet style their staff made sure our water was nice and cold, drinks were on the table, dishes were cleared. Can’t wait to have this option open for the public so my husband can try. Their POHOLE SALAD AREA, prime rib, mahi with black bean sauce was my faaaaaavs. And the garlic rice The only CON I had was the horseradish for the prime rib was watery and not enough taste for my liking. But again that’s just how I like my horseradish!
