K-Rico Mexican Grill
Loved our meals!
Food was fair at best but extremely disappointed.
We enjoyed our entire experience at Rico. The restaurant has good ambience...the art on the wall is awesome. The menu has many interesting options and the descriptions of the dishes make you want to be adventurous and try something new. They make their own tortilla chips flavored with Ancho Chili ..DELICIOUS....and the queso was to die for. My husband and I had a plate with a choice of chicken, short ribs or pork over yucca fries with the quest sauce and avocado crema on top...It was wonderful! Would definitely go again and try something else! Our waiter, Joseph, was very attentive and friendly.
Energetic helpful server. Food was good, not great.
food is always very fresh and hot when it comes out. Service is very good. Nice view of the bay and easy to park. Nice to sit outside .
Good Good Good
Highly recommend the shrimp tacos! Delish!
The best food….
Our server Joseph was awful he was so dry and rude. Had no personality was not engaging at all. We had been to K Rico before and loved it I wish we had gotten any other server or the girl we previously had was amazing. If you ever go to K Rico ask for any server but this guy. I kind of find it interesting when it’s slow in a restaurant, and all the staff are texting in a group which is fine but at i least we waited 15 mins for him to come over and it was slow lol at least come over greet us and be engaging like the guy seemed like he didn’t want to be at work. Didn’t care what type of service he gave us.
Our food was amazing, however, service was very sub par. At one point another waiter came to our table & told us he wasn’t sure where our server went, so he brought our drinks after about 15 minutes of waiting. Food is so good though!
The freshest and most authentic we’ve ever had . The grouper tacos were amazing . The guacamole was beyond yummy
Ate here 2 weeks ago and had tacos. Should have stuck with a winner. Tried the corn salad: you would think that by calling it a corn salad that it would have fresh corn in it. Instead it was frozen corn that was charred to look fresh. Instead it was a soggy mess. The chicken added to the salad was delicious though. Disappointed that none of servers or management were wearing masks.
First time visit on a Sunday lunchtime. We had a nicely positioned outside table overlooking the marina and water so setting was great. They were short staffed that day so it took a while for anyone to take our order but once the server did show up he was very attentive.
We tried a range of appetizers and other dishes and they were all excellent. My chicken enchilada was perfect. Heading back there soon.
We had a reservation, but when we arrived, the hostess was less than helpful about where we should sit. I would say she had an attitude. We chose a table, but it was sticky, and the menu wasn't really appealing, and no one came to our table. So after 10 minutes, we got up and walked out. There are far too many restaurants competing for our dining dollars for this place to be complacent and even unwelcoming. We walked less than a block away to Southern Style, where lots of folks were gathering to watch the Derby. We were graciously offered a booth with a view of a tv, mint juleps and very helpful information about the menu.
Maybe K-Rico is not catering to our demographic, but we had not been there before and wanted to try it out. We will not return.
We took some friends for my husband’s birthday. We visit Krico a lot and love the place! This time it was not a very good experience. We ordered drinks around 6p.m. and the table of seven was not completely served by 6:45p.m. Very weird. Looked like a lot of new staff.
We have dined here before and have had great service and very good food. The food was fine, but our server was terrible. He actually could care less. He took forever to come to our table, was very unfriendly and extremely disinterested. Just a surly, unhappy guy. We saw other tables he had, receive the same treatment. The waiter who brought out our food was pleasant, so the contrast was striking. While I would still recommend K Rico's , I cancelled an upcoming reservation based on this person. There are many choices for dining in Naples.
K-Rico appetizers and main dishes were excellent. The outside seating was perfect.
Food so so , waiter great, noisy , and strong food odor..
The food was good. We started with the Mexcellent Nachos which were very good although they came out luke warm, not hot. Our party of three had the Taquitos Dorados, the chicken Chido Burrito and the chicken Fajita...all were pretty good, no complaints about the food...The service wasn’t that great. We saw our server twice, once when we ordered and once when he brought the check. He didn’t check back in between and offer a second margarita or fill our water. I was a little skeeved out about the cleanliness of the place. The paper menus were obviously being reused (wrinkled, soiled)and there was black mold coming out of the ceiling AC vents(actual vent over our table). Overall the restaurant didn’t put me at a high confidence level of safe, sanitary conditions
Poor attention to detail. Asked for no salt on my Margarita and got salt. Twice. Ran out of frozen Margaritas early afternoon on a non-busy Sunday afternoon. Server seemed to be rushing us out, even though there were only two tables in the dining room occupied. Didn’t ask if we wanted dessert or another drink. Just brought us our check. Overall, a very disappointing experience. This was our first time and we had been looking forward to trying the restaurant. Not what we had hoped for. Unfortunately.
Always the best. Servers are wearing out after a busy season; understand things are slowing down. Patience and a drink....
Excellent food and our waiter was great!! It took a long time to get our drinks, but our waiter came over and apologized. There was only one bartender on duty on a busy night.
The queso is out of this world! And my husband said he never had such a good Cuban sandwich! I would recommend this restaurant to others.
Amazing food and service!
Excellent food and service. The best Mexican food in Naples
Food is delicious! Great tables outside. We will definitely be back
Music was too loud inside but the hostess kindly responded to our request to turn it down
Great patio dining overlooking the bay! The food was good and both of the margaritas we tried were excellent (frozen and the blood orange). All made for a very fun evening.
Awesome as always, but the country music threw us for a loop...
Food was great. We hit happy hour do the value was a plus. Our server was very helpful with recommendations
Poor service, waited 30 minutes despite reservation. Waiter aggressively ended our meal and ushered us out the door.
More of a family scene/loud kids despite making a late reservation. Bright lights and humid inside. Waiter was great though
Service was slow. Not enough staff for this time year
Our first visit to K-Rico. Enjoyed sitting outside with the waterside view and listening to live music from The Cabana. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. A little surprised that chips and salsa were not complimentary like at most Mexican restaurants. Ordered the queso and chips which were good and the cornbread which was phenomenal! I enjoyed the Buffalo cauliflower tacos while my husband enjoyed the blackened grouper tacos. Both were served with a generous portion of rice and beans. No room for dessert! Will definitely be back.
We love K Rico for Mexican food and there is a nice water view . The Food and service are consistently good!
No available outside seating, which was disappointing. We had made reservations but to no avail. Took quite a bit of time for a server to acknowledge us once we were seated. The piped in music was very loud.
Watching boats come in. Music playing. Great food. No kids around. Utopia
Service in the beginning was good then it was very slow
I and many other guests have been to K-Rico several times and have had a great experience. This past Sunday I had a reservation for 7. The restaurant was busy but not completely full. Our waiter was not very attentive. We ordered appetizers and drinks. Then ordered our entrees. One guest ordered chicken fajitas. While waiting for our entrees we needed refills on our drinks. We needed to have another staff member find our waiter. When dinner arrived the staff set in front of one guest 2 tacos which be thought were 2 of the 6 chicken tacos he ordered so proceeded to each one. Then another staff member brought out the 6 chicken tacos. The guest who ordered the chicken fajitas did not get his. So again trying to locate our waiter who finally came over and said they don’t have fajitas but only chicken fajita tacos. This was not told to our guest. Since the other guest had already eaten half of the order the waiter said he would take it off our bill. The waiter did not offer to take back the half eaten entree and/or bring out guest another meal. Before we ordered anything we told the waiter how to split the bill. When we received the 2 bills they were completely wrong! Needless to say my guests do not plan on returning to this establishment.
