It appeared that our server was over extended. Probably due to labor shortages. If you like super spicy food, this is a great place. Otherwise you probably will not enjoy how overpowering the spice can be. The rice was so spicy I couldn’t eat it - the beans, not great - no one liked them at our table, and the chicken enchilada was hard to enjoy as well due to the spice level. We did get an outdoor table and the setting was quite nice.

Went to the Bayfront Place Cabana Bar for a drink while enjoying the setting. Noticed K-Rico Mexican Grille located across the way & after reading the reviews & menu we decided to give it a try. Wonderful choice & beyond our expectations. Many menu selections, server (Juan) was very attentive, polite & conscientious. Manager (John) paid visits to check up that everything was okay. Cocktails were good & food was plentiful & exceptional including both the appetizers & entrees. One of the better restaurants in Naples.

We found the food adequate in taste but not worth the price. 22 Dollars for Vegi fajitas is a bit high especially when you pay another two dollars for a side of salsa sauce. The margaritas were good but we would not eat there again independent of the cost

Overall we had a very good experience. It is one of our to go restaurants for Mexican food. We ordered the guacamole, corn bread (a must!) chicken enchiladas, shrimp and lobster enchiladas and they did not disappoint and neither did the margaritas!! We sat outside as the music inside was very loud where having a conversation would have been tough. Also note that they add 20% to your bill, but it is not spelled out as a service charge and they do not tell you that either.

Don't order a martini here. It was warm. It's a beer place. The whole fish was over cooked and very dry. I think it was an off night.

Disappointed right at the moment we sat down. I had reviewed the online menu, and then found out the online menu is not current. Happy hour shuts down at 5 instead of 7. Wine selections were not available as advertised online, etc. The food was good, just disappointing when your expecting something else.

First time at K-Rico. Had the special sizzler menu- it was very good and lots of food for the price .($39) the cornbread was scrumptious, the tamale tasty, and the queso fundido was yummy. The main meals were less than startling-carne asada weak on the spices, but the beans were delicious. The flan was excellent, as were the warm churros. All in all, a pleasant experience as we sat outside on the terrace in a nice breeze with a great view of the bay front. The service was excellent!

I have a favorite meal I always order from K-Rico. This visit the food was drenched in a ridiculous amount of the cheese sauce, so much so that I was scraping it off every bite. I should have sent it back but did not want to hold up my table from eating. Disappointed.

we have been there many many times I’ve always enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. However, we were there for Cinco de Mayo with a group of eight. Another table of three with a bill of almost $1000. We were not loud, we were not rude and yet we were told by management we need to leave because he needed the table. We were still drinking and eating but asked both of us to leave because they had people waiting. There are many restaurants in Naples that would not have asked us to leave but with a bill as high as ours. I found this to be rude, and when I approached, the GM she sent the waiter over to tell us to leave she said oh well that’s just the way it is and when I told her we would not be coming back, she said fine. This shows you how Naples has changed over the years and how restaurants don’t care about regular or year-round customers.

The server forgot to put in one of our orders so everyone was served their meal except for one of us. They did take of off the bill and offer 2 complimentary desserts. The server was only attentive early on and then disappeared. Several of us had empty glasses of drinks/water and we weren’t finished eating yet. The restaurant is also very loud and so I think we will cross this one off our list. We did like the chips and salsa!

We had a really nice experience. Definitely casual dining so lacking ever so little in atmosphere/vibe. Service—Karen was our server, was exceptional even given the busy season. She was attentive without being overbearing and the food runners were friendly and relayed any needs we had to Karen. Food was prepared well with good portions. Hot was hot and cold was cold. Personally, don’t miss the Temecula Cornbread. So good.

Margarita’s we’re not made right, they were mainly lime juice. Bartender clearly not focused on making the drinks properly. Queso did not have the usual sprices and was bland. Tortillas were cold when we all ordered the Short Rib Tacos. This place is usually good but not on Sundays.

Terrible food. Short rib tacos had absolutely no flavor. The corn tortillas were not grilled and were like mush. Our waiter did not inform us the tip was added on the bill.. almost tipped on top of that.
