June Hill's Table
Sunday 10:00am-6:00pm; limited menu offered after 3:00pm
Happier Hour Wednesday through Sunday from 2:00 - 6:00pm
Special Brunch menu offered Sundays 10:00am - 3:00pm
I took my friend to lunch on a Sunday. The menu was very limited for brunch and lunch. I had the Colorado omelet and it was tasty but not much on the plate. My friend's hamburger was good but again not huge. The restaurant was almost empty so you'd think the service would have been exceptional. Our server didn't appear to be very experienced. She didn't replenish my bottomless mimosa until I asked her to and then she just filled the glass with champagne and no orange juice. Water was not refilled until we asked. The servers didn't seem real interested in us. I wouldn't come back just because the menu is so limited and the food was not exceptional for the price.
Food was very good. Service was quite lacking. We were let alone for over 30 minutes after our main course was served. They forgot to bring my wife her second glass of wine until after she had finished her meal.
We will go back but.....
We got there for happy hour. Well drinks listed as $5. When our bill arrived, it said $5.00 plus $3.00 per drink. We both had well martinis and they explained that we called special drinks. I have never seen this before. Just say Happy Hour well drinks are $8 and then no one is annoyed. I ordered the short rib entree from the menu. It was tasty but tough and dry. Most short ribs fall apart easily. My partner had the short rib tacos and they were delicious. Served with a salad that had no dressing. The server said they they must have forgotten to bring it on the side. Twice we had to get up to find some service help. The setting is great and friendly. Just not really on their game and they weren't that busy. We will try the restaurant again but we vote with our feet.
Burgers were delicious and service was wonderful! We were visiting the new models at the Polo club.
I had the Millionaire burger at lunch time. I didn't need to eat the rest of the day.. One of the best burgers I've ever had. Fries were not as hot or crispy as I would have liked but still tasty. The waiter was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I love the ambiance. It is bright with lots of big windows looking out at a beautiful green area and mountains. I'm going to be a regular.
I made reservations at June Hill's Table for a group of 12 girls for my sister's bachelorette brunch. They sat us in a separate but beautiful room with windows looking out onto the lush scenery and gorgeous chandeliers hanging overhead. It was nice that they made an intimate space for us so we could talk comfortably among our larger crowd. The food was at a lower price point than I expected, especially considering the locally sourced ingredients. Everyone was happy with their food and ate it all up. The muffins they serve prior to the meal are so delicious! We had cranberry and banana nut. They even brought more when we finished the first round. Bottomless mimosas were only $6 per person, which is unheard of in the LA-area, where I'm from. Our waitstaff were kind and helpful, and even took our photo outside after we ate. I would definitely return to June Hill's Table if I vacationed in La Quinta again.
I would not recommend June Hill for Thursday dinner as they have residents social time from 4 to 6. When we arrived for an early dinner at 4:30, there were 50 to 75 folks enjoying themselves. This is great for the community; but, not for diners. It was very loud, folks where standing next to our table, drinking, talking very loudly. It was not an enjoyable experience for us. When I spoke to the GM the next day to voice my concern, he stated we were aware of the problem and where trying to work something out. He acted like OH WELL! I did not feel that was an attitude to have. There are to many other wonderful restaurants to dine at in our area. If they are going to have a residents get together fantastic, but do not open the facility for until after...not fair to diners.
We dine here often and have for well over a year. We love the place. Great pricing for champagne brunch and excellent service. Food is great, too. It's one of our regular lunch and brunch spots!
This is a nice place, suffering from uneven service. We returned after a very good experience during Restaurant Week. My husband chose June Hill's Table for his birthday (reserved and noted on Open Table). Our server was sweet, but very inexperienced and perhaps nervous. My husband's salad and entrée came together (I did not order a salad), so his main plate sat for quite awhile. I would have said something about this, but the kitchen staff who brought our plates put them down and literally ran from our table. Our waiter did not check for a long time, in spite of us trying to make eye contact. Another waiter eventually came to our table at our request and made a correction on my plate. By that time, my husband finished his salad and we were back on track to eat our entrees together. While this far from ruined our evening, it caused us to want to go elsewhere for an after dinner celebration. Unsure whether we will go back for dinner, but we might return for happy hour, which looks like a good find.
Great food, service, ambiance and prices. Short rib tacos are excellent as are the burgers, salads and fish and chips.
We had not eaten at June Hill's Table for quite sometime because the last time we ate there it was not good. Thought we would give it a try again. Still not great and we probably won't go back again...Sorry!
Yet another delicious meal! I had the braised rib tacos tonight and they were wonderful. We also had the Margherita Pizza and it was as great as always. Excellent and friendly service by Martin, Jenny & Laura. Fantastic desert scenery and gorgeous sunset views too. We love June Hill's Table!
June Hill's Table is a fantastic location, wonderful food at reasonable prices, outstanding early bird specials. The management and staff are great. Would recommend to everyone for any and all occasions.
I have to say that we were all very impressed at the efforts and strides the restaurant is trying to make! Service and food were all very good. It is long time over due and hope that this much needed improvement continues!
Thank you to the management team and staff who are on board now with making commitment to change! Keep up the good work.

I made a reservation for 7 pp and table was not ready when arrived even though it was not busy. It appeared that staff was short and special menu was very small. Table waiter was great but way too busy so service was slow. Food was really good, but one Pizza was undercooked and took 20 min to replace. We still love this place, but our guests did not get the same impression....just a mediocre Father's day.
This restaurant has the friendliest staff in the valley. Good food and a pleasant quiet atmosphere.
We were greeted immediately upon arrival. Our waiter gave us excellent service. He took our drink order and then gave us time to check the menu. He explained the specials of the day and which items were most popular. We enjoyed the flatbread appetizer with apricots and then the short rib tacos. We had a glass of Butter Chardonnay which is our favorite. It is a bit of a drive but we felt it was worth it with the ambiance, the view, the quality of the food and the excellent service. We will go again.
We tried June Hill’s during Palm Springs restaurant week. The restaurant is in a community clubhouse, open to the public, & very attractive with a cool, modern vibe. Sadly, the food and service were terrible. The restaurant was not crowed at all, but we waited more than an hour for “pre-fixe” menu food. Everyone ordered a different option on the limited, pre-fixe menu. All items were unsatisfactory. Most items did no resemble their descriptions - which was disappointing to all. The server was polite, but not attentive, & extremely slow. We asked about the wine pairings listed with the menu & he was completely confused. We will not return! Definitely not worth the drive.
Excellent attentive service. Wonderful flavors. We enjoyed the PS Restaurant week prix-fixe menu. Short ribs were very tasty and such a large portion. Loved the apricot and onion flatbread
Enjoyed the food, ambiance, and service. Will be returning back with friends and family.
Great service. Food was well prepared and tasty.
nice décor and comfortable chair. Noice level is reasonable and the Happy Hour looked very nice too.
Nice for an enjoyable dinner.
Went for Restaurant Week Lunch Menu. Watermelon salad was surprising because it was primarily green salad; I had expected mostly watermelon with a few greens & radishes on top. It was delicious though - I ate the whole thing! Portion was large; next time I would request dressing on the side since I prefer my salads on the dry side but the dressing was excellent. More watermelon please!
The short rib tacos were delicious as well, especially the jalapeño/honey condiment they served with it! Since the lunch came with a salad, the salad served with the tacos was uneaten by both me and my lunch companion. I suggest they offer an alternate side with the tacos particularly when it’s part of a combined menu item. Small helping of black beans was good & the complimentary home made chips before the meal were great (these could have been served as the side with the tacos)!
June’s Table non-alcoholic drink was good as well although $5 seems a bit pricey for it @ lunch. Ginger beer & blackberries with perhaps a bit of seltzer? It was refreshing.
I’ll return! The service was EXCELLENT, very friendly waiter!
There was live music at the nearby pool which we could hear in the distance (it was nice)!
Excellent food, service and ambiance. Great view from the patio. Large portions also as well as great prices.
Full disclosure: I live at Trilogy at the Polo Club; this is my neighborhood club. I have always very much liked the food although the menu so far has remained a bit static. Ribs, Osso Bucco, Salmon, Chicken, and much more is really tasty and extremely reasonable. I find this spot to be a great value. Service (as in ticket time) has been a bit spotty in the past, but seems to be steadily improving; the staff is very friendly and attentive. I like the ambiance and the outdoor patio has a spectacular view of the Santa Rosa Mountains when the weather permits (and the sun is up). Unless you're outside it can get a bit loud, so maybe not the best for intimate conversations. There is a good bar and a few TV's but I'm typically here with some friends. I'm hoping this will grow to feature more live music as well (they have had music at Sunday brunches and Saturday afternoons). Worth checking out!
Good food, good service and good ambiance.
The warm, freshly made potato chips were outstanding!
Relaxing and lovely lunch! Food is always fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The service is great. June Hill's Table is definitely a desert gem!
We have eaten at June Hills Table several times and keep coming back. The the food and service are great and the prices are very reasonable. On our last visit, our server Jonathan was outstanding. We were there for Mother's Day Brunch.
Everything in the brunch was great except for the desserts. The creme brûlée did not taste or mouth feel like traditional creme brûlée. Blackened salmon was excellent! And so were the starters. I think the food is improving as well as the service.
Outstanding Mothers Day experience. Menu, quality of food and service all ecceptional
My wife & I enjoyed June Hill's Table for Mother's Day. June Hill's Table is relatively new to our area and in an out of the way location, so we were anxious to see for ourselves. We particularly enjoyed the dining room with the walls that opened up to the patio. We felt like we were seated outside and yet we weren't. The wait staff is amongst the best we've ever experienced. Very attentive, but they didn't interrupt us. While the menu for Mother's Day Brunch was limited the food was excellent. Bottom line is we're looking forward to our next visit.
The Mother's Day brunch menu was too heavy on carbs, I did not like the choices for a brunch. Salad, eggs and dessert just didn't go together and way too much bacon. I had brochette, French Toast and cobbler. So much bread. The apple cobbler was okay but the other choice had to be sent back being full of salt. A huge error in cooking. I left there feeling very uncomfortable and full. I would have preferred a nice fruit cup, quiche and a muffin. The biscuits served were very heavy to begin the meal and just drizzled with molasses were awful.
We waited over an hour and a half they forgot to put our order in. When appetizer came Brussels sprouts were crisp but hard as if not cook all the way. When food did arrive. My husband med -rare filet was so over cooked he returned it and said forget it. My roasted herb chicken was a flat piece of frozen chicken breast that was grilled and was like hard rubber. We were very disappointed. We left and went to a movie! Luckily they did not charge us for this meal.
Decided to try a new place for Mother's Day. We got a private room with the sunset view of the mountains. All the guests were impressed with the intimate gated location. Ambiance is great, beautiful and new building, stellar service however it took an hour to get our appetizers and food. They also made a dish with cheese when we asked for without. They forgot my drink for about 30 mins and still took a while after I reminded them. The food was good though, we enjoyed our Nectarine/Goat cheese bruschetta and Brussel sprout appetizers.
They got my husband's order wrong, so he had to wait even longer. They did apologize profusely and offer us discounts, but it really felt like they kitchen didn't had difficulty making the dishes. I could see the frustration on the manager and our wait staff's faces but everyone was very professional which saved the meal. I might give them another try in a year. Perhaps their brunch buffet might be better since they'll have everything pre-made.
Very good. Waiter was a bit distracted.
Excellent steaks and great servers
These guys really do their best to provide great food and service. Lunch is really good as well
Disappointed that my Opeen Table did not earn dining points
Eight residents of the Trilogy Polo Club wanted to extend the weekly Thirsty Thursday social
"happy hours" into dinner sitting down at 5:30pm. We wanted to be outside, but there was no
sun shade control for the first hour so half the table baked in direct sun. Shaded tables were reserved for another group who did not arrive until we were leaving at 7:30pm.
We wanted to split a salad as we have in the past. However, the communication between the waiter and kitchen broke down so the salad arrived on one plate and when we explained we ordered it split, they did not offer to correct the error. We split it ourselves at the table...but the dressing and toppings were not easily divided. The wait between ordering our meals and delivery of food was at least 45 minutes, with too long a gap between receiving salads/appetizers and the main course. We know this restaurant is very slow so we only dine here if we have nothing else planned after dinner. The menu is the same for lunch and dinner and is not very appealing. We split a salad and the million dollar burger which includes
fries since it is hard to mess up. Other items ordered in the past are unpredictable relative to quality, freshness and cooking methods. We want this restaurant to be successful, but so far pleas for a better menu, better tasting food and timely delivery of ordered food have not been acted upon.
Attending dinner and a show on the patio. Great time was had by all.
The service was outstanding at June Hill’s, and the ambience was stunning. We were there for brunch celebrating a bachelorette outside on the patio - I would definitely go back!!
The food was awful. The ahi tuna appy has no flavor. The ceased salad wasn’t even made with ceased dressing. The lettuce wedge didn’t even taste like blue cheese dressing. The chicken entree was so over cooked we’ve never tasted anything so dry before and also had no flavor.
