I just went to dinner and had an amazing time! Our waiter was exceptional, making the entire night even more enjoyable. Both my teenage daughters and my husband loved the atmosphere and the food. I highly recommend this place.

We had a lovely time for Mother's day brunch at Julep. The service was professional and attentive, the portions were generous, and the ambiance was beautiful. Detail-filled moody yet subtle feminine decor all around really added to our experience.

Our experience at Julep was very disappointing. I came here with some girlfriends for a little night out — to catch up away from the stress of work and everyday life. Unfortunately, the experience did not make for a stress free evening. We were seated 30 minutes after our reservation time. The bar was behind about 30-40 minutes as well. The food and drinks did taste good, but the service severely dampened the experience. We all have experience in customer service (including the restaurant industry) and always make it a point to be very understanding and patient because we understand that delays happen, people call out, etc. However, we expect kindness at the very least, which was just not the case. Neither the host nor the waitress apologized for the delays nor offered any sense of welcome. The waitress did not stay at our table long enough for us to answer her questions. We were told that the bar was behind, but after that, for the next 30-40 minutes, there was no check in, no offer to refill water, no offer for something else while we wait. The restaurant was busy but not big. There were several servers on the floor, several bartenders, and several kitchen staff — the huge delays and poor attitudes just couldn’t be justified. We were hoping to make this our spot for these rare catchups, but unfortunately, even the taste of the food and drinks are just not enough to make up for the poor service.

Had a great night at Julia very good food on the menu. We had a great server. My husband and I were chatting at a couple points and he did not wait to let me finish my conversation to be able to answer put our food order in a few times, so it took a little bit to get our food order in, but other than that, it was great.

We always have a great dining experience at Julep. I love the variety of dishes and cocktails. Service is always exceptional. Nana and Leo are quality management and they always make it a point to come to our table and ask how we’re doing and if there’s anything we need. Julep is our date night go to spot!
