We had booked dining room weeks in advance, we understand sometimes you can’t accommodate and we asked for it and whoever was seating us said it was all booked and its full. My husband asked when it will become available l, and i asked if there was a booth available at bar/lounge side her one and only response was “OKAY FINE” in extremely aggressive way. She could have said no booths available, and i would have been totally fine. She walked fast to seat us and threw our menus on the table and walked off before we even got to our table. What a terrible person, literally for no reason got aggressive and threw the menus on the table without saying a work and took off!

Really enjoyed our meal, every dish was delicious and we all loved the sparkling cider served when we came in.

Table of 5 served by Gabriella this past Sunday, she had exemplary customer service and was incredibly attentive. She made the experience even better with her energy and positive attitude. The food was very good and so were the drinks, our group went and enjoyed their happy hour service, we will all be back.

We were a party of five. Two orders of salmon arrived cold. Server was very conscientious and took it back and offered "dessert or a drink" as a token. Same plate returned and slightly warmer. Server advised "I spoke to my Manager and we can only offer a brownie". She was quite embarrassed. In summary, we have eaten at Joey's many, many times. It has usually been good. This experience was far from good. Server was great, management was not.

We really liked this restaurant, the food was excellent, the waiter (cant recall his name) maybe Steven? went out of his way to make a special plate for my husband's birthday. This was well appreciated. Furthermore as we forgot an item, the restaurant sent us an email advising of such. This promptness in contacting us was amazing and we are thankful. Absolutely recommend this restaurant.

The server was awful. Really rude and unrespectful. Make us feel stupid. As she explain their adult happy hours. Interrupting our discussion in several occasions. Very impatient, gave us the menu and came back 30 second later to ask is we were ready to order. Not fun experience.

It started off rough as the hostesses didn’t know what to do when I had a reservation made at 7 PM, two tables were available in the designated section but yet they still made us wait over 20 minutes before seeing us. The manager came, tried to defend the hostesses, not making sense about keeping the two tables for other reservations, which I don’t think is more important than my reservation. The second disappointment was when the manager volunteered to pay for some drinks and appetizers to make it up to us which never happened. I’ll think about returning to that location.
