   Service was excellent. Food was very good. Drinks are very pricey. We could easily converse at our table of 4, so not too noisy.

   Food and ambience were nice but service was awful. The hostess pointed out when I should go instead of walking me there. Our server didn’t say hello or welcome or introduce herself - she just showed up three or four times and said « are you ready to order » . They changed servers a few times so part of our order was missed and we had to ask twice before cancelling it because it was too late and the second server didn’t enter it in to the system either.

   Our reservation was at 8:30. We were there at 8:20 and they had us wait until 8:50 before seating us. The hosts sat everyone before us even people who came in later. Then when our food came I ordered the classic steak and my steak was not hot. It was obvious that it was sitting on the table for a while before being served to me. I asked for a hotter steak and the waitress said “So you want it really hot?” in a mocking tone. I expect the food I get at an expensive restaurant to be very hot yes. After they heated up my steak it was dry and difficult to swallow. Overall this is the worst Joeys location I’ve been to.

   Un de nos restaurants préférés. De l’entrée au dessert, nous ne sommes jamais déçus. Le steak avec raviolis de homard et crevettes est divin. Le demi verre de bulles à l’arrivée est une belle attention qui commence agréablement la soirée. Je recommande de réserver pendant les heures élevées d’achalandage.

   It was our first time at Joey. We visited from Montreal Excellent food and plating, service was very attentive. Atmosphere was beautiful, individual bathrooms were amazing. Very clean. We will go back and wish they would open a Joey in Montreal!

   The location and environment of the restaurant is really good, but food is just average, it is not worth the quality in contrast to this price.

   The food was ok, but the service was only fair. We got our wine 3/4 way through our main. This might of affected the we felt about the food.

   We made a reservation for 7pm, we did not get seated until 7:40. When we asked why we were being made to wait the hostess said "we had a lot of walk-ins". I think it's unacceptable to make someone who has a reservation wait 40 minutes to sit at their table.

    We went to Joey on Saturday evening. It was busy. Waited several minute to be seated but it is normal for busy restaurant. The waiter was attentive and helpful. The food was delicious and serve on time. Good experience.
