We had an amazing dining experience. The food, the ambience, the service...all were impeccable. We felt so special the entire time we were there. We appreciate all the staff but especially Vu who took expert care of us.

My wife and I had Dinner at Jeune et Jolie while visiting Carlsbad. We sat at the bar and it was one of my favorite dinners we've had in a long time. The atmosphere and decor were incredible, the service was outstanding and the food was amazing. Matthew took care of us at the bar and he was top notch. I would recommend this restaurant without reservation.

An excellent experience all around! Amazing dishes served by well-informed and professional staff in a beautiful outdoor atmosphere. This is the best dining experience we have ever had (family of 5 with varied palettes).

The team went out of their way to make our night special. Also - special shout out to the sommelier team. What a fabulous beverage program - with special emphasis on their low ABV cocktails and NA drinks. So good!

I cannot remember a restaurant that has mastered the ability to provide stellar food, service, ambience, timing, and low noise levels to the level this establishment has elevated itself to. Dishes were innovative , tasty and half the time when you leave a Michelin starred restaurant you stop at In and Out because you’re still hungry. Not here! Bravo!

This is our 5th time dining here and it never disappoints us. The food (mix of flavors) and presentation are outstanding. The service is top notch. They never miss a beat. Each time we dined the menu was different which we loved. Enables us to try new items.

This is hands down my favorite restaurant. My husband has some dietary restrictions so we don’t eat out often, so when we do I want our restaurant to be special and they always deliver. From the food to the service, everything is perfection.

An outstanding high end dining experience. Each course was prepared with great attention to detail. The service was equally high end. It was like having the chef at the table to explain any of the selections.

This was a return visit - bringing a friend who’s never dined at a Michelin star restaurant before - and I was reminded why the chef and his team are star holders. The summer menu was perfect, and the weather on the patio couldn’t have been better. Every bite served a depth of flavor, play of textures, and visual pleasure that one can expect at this point from the team. The wine pairings elevated every course. An overall wonderful evening, I can’t wait for my next meal here!
