   Great experience. We love Florida and this gem in Hyde Park did not disappoint. Charming bagel cafe by day but an amazing speakeasy experience after you make your way through the door to the private, dimly lit, well decorated speakeasy bar. The whole theme was really cool and each drink has a story. When in the Tampa area this is a must do for an amazing evening. Drinks were great, and we had some small bites to share including the fondue. High recommend that.

   We went to the Alice and Wonderland tea service and attended the second seating which felt unorganized overall. The food quality was not worth the $60 set price and they ran out of items from the morning service. Good vibe and drinks, but overall was disappointment in experience.

   We attended the Alice in Wonderland themed tea. Aesthetically it was delightful. But there seemed to be a lack of organization about who was serving our table and we had to repeat our requests to multiple servers. The savory food was outstanding but the plate was heavily balanced toward sweets and we all got to a point we couldn't eat any more sweets and wished we had more savory selections. The trays did not all contain the same things (did not match the menu) and we were disappointed that rice crispies made their way into a $60/pp high tea service. The servers were all dressed in themed attire and we loved the mad hatter and rabbit in particular. Overall, would try Jekyll again for a dinner since the savory bites were so good and the ambiance was lovely.

   Generally, I really enjoyed the Wonderland Tea Service. The atmosphere at Jekyll is already nice, but it was decorated beautifully for the event. The addition of the characters from the book was also a nice touch, and the children seated at the next table especially enjoyed interacting with them. The tea selection was lovely. Each brewed in its own pot with optimum steeping time. The servers were attentive in refilling cups and offering the opportunity to try something new with each stop at the table. We also each received full, glass bottles of water (still and sparkling), which was a nice touch. For me, the struggle was the food. With 3 back-to-back services, I totally understand choosing small items that are likely previously frozen and then defrosted for the event. The problem there is that the texture of those items changes dramatically, making things, gummy, dry, or mushy. The passed canapes were generally nice, clearly prepared with fresh ingredients like carrots or cucumbers. The textures were challenging for most of the items brought on the tiered dishes. When I think of high tea, I think of lovely scones and decadent clotted cream and fresh jam. There was jam on the table, and I have no doubt that I would have received clotted cream had I asked for it. But, there was nothing on the tray that I recognized as a scone that the cream would have been useful for. Food-wise, I wish there would have been half as many things on the dishes with better, fresher items remaining. In general, the experience was lovely, and the staff excelled in making the experience pleasant and comfortable. It was, in my opinion, worth the cost, and I would do it again,

   Had the fixe prixe menu. Food was good but it’s more of an appetizer portion than a meal. Drinks were excellent.

   This was a super fun experience! From the hidden entrance, to the artwork on the wall, the service, and the drinks were excellent! Everyone in our party had a great time.

    I had a great time it was my first time visiting will definitely be going back loved the ambiance and vibe good music, decor was really interesting highly recommend to anyone looking for something new with a unique vibe. Last but not least Otis was amazing made my birthday even more special with his attention to detail and professionalism. Need to use him as an example during the hiring process. Only thing I recommend to provide a few more options as entrees to the menu. The creme brulee was a banger along with the sangria they made me. Overall great job Jekyll.
