It was my first time there, I was lucky enough to attend an event that had their catering before and have been dreaming about visiting the restaurant since. After watching a Skillbuilders with the Library and CBC I knew had to stop procrastinating and bring some friends for a feed. My memory served me well the food was super tasty and well worth biking too, I was a little confused about how to order (I blame hunger and heat that day - combo of fancy actually easy to use digital menu kiosks and a front counter) but staff were fantastic, greeted us and got us sorted with all we needed. They also have a great sense of humor and are just well personable ! Crawdad Ceasar was epic and a great way to start! BBQ platter was a great way to sample share some fantastic BBQ oh and the coconut cornbread just soo good! Will be back!!

This is great BBQ! Jane Blond is all about the food, with an authentic vibe in the restaurant to keep you in the game. The staff are perceptive and helpful, and it's pretty obvious that most of the patrons are not first-timers (like we were). The choices are what you'd expect: brisket, chicken, ribs, pulled pork, sausage, along with crawfish and catfish and beef " Wings". Not to mention sides (all of your Go Tos, with a few surprises). Every item we ordered tasted fabulous, and we are looking forward to trying more of the menu on our next visit!

We got the Jane's platter ! Everything was absolutely amazing. I myself am a chef and I Give this food 5 stars. Amazing food amazing place !!! The brisket melts in you mouth 😍

Had a lovely evening - food was delicious , vibe was excellent, drinks were fun (loved the pink flamingo straw). Will definitely be back.

So glad I made reservations!! This place was HOPPING!! We knew the food would be amazing as we had eaten at the downtown location - and they did not disappoint. Having to order at the front counter was interesting - we took some time to review the menu and then 2 of us went up and did the ordering and paying for the group. If you want separate bills - you have to go up and order separate. The ambience is fabulous - very much like a noisy backyard BBQ with lots of friends. Highly recommend if that's the vibe you are looking for! Will be back. Just make sure you make reservations.

Did not like the format. Had to order Rona screen. No waiter or waitresses . All the orders came together on one tray. Not what I was expecting

Went for my father’s 65th bday, had a great bbq plater and the drinks were awesome. Staff were a bit rushed and flustered but very kind and friendly and accommodating. Definitely made my dad’s birthday!
