   We had the best time at Jamavar! Special mention to Mr. Khadak Singh who took care of every single detail and made this the warmest dining experience we’ve ever witnessed in London. The food, goes without saying, was exceptional! Highly recommend the truffle sabodana, aloo tikki and kulfi :)

   The food was excellent, but the service was truly disappointing, well below the standards of any Michelin-starred restaurant I’ve visited. From inattentive staff to an overall lack of warmth, it felt more like we were being tolerated than hosted. Ironically, the peak of hospitality came before we even sat down: the doorman was the only one who seemed genuinely pleased to see us. In fact, the most gracious part of the experience was stepping back out onto Mount Street, where the service noticeably improved.

   Great location, excellent food but music too loud and somewhat sloppy service this time (cocktails came when first course was served, 2-3 wrong wine servings, not so friendly / energetic atmosphere by the lead waiter).

   Gone downhill on the service front. Have dined there 10+ times and tonight was sadly the worst.

   Seated promptly. Nicely decorated restaurant. Prawn starter was excellent, as was saffron rice. Butter chicken main course, a Jamavar specialty, was significantly overcooked. Chicken was quite dry. Did not finish the dish. Restaurant provided “complementary” £14 desert rather than credit for a £32 item.

   Another great dining experience at Jamavar. The lamb and sea bass were exquisite. The service and venue were top notch. Do not miss Jamavar!

   Food was sloppy no flavour. Small table, felt sick all night! Never going back.

   A wonderful evening of delicious food, excellent wine, and a vibrant atmosphere. The service was impeccable from the greeting at the door and all of the way through dinner service.

    Food was above average but not exceptional. Service was good but not warm. Place was VERY busy and definitely does not have an intimate feel. Definitely did not come across as Michelin star worthy. Not worth the price
