An American Contemporary Menu with a Little Southern Influence!

Offering two distinct dining experiences, Jack’s on Pearl gives you options for your fine dining experience. Our main floor is set with white tablecloth dining featuring prime steaks, pecan shrimp, lemongrass scallops and an on-site oyster bar. Our second floor features a more casual setting and large outdoor patio.
Both floors feature 12 local draft beers on tap, creative cocktails, and a robust wine list.

Jack's is one of our favorite restaurants in Denver and this birthday dinner for my partner reinforced why we love it. We were greeted warmly by the host and our server, who also acknowledged the special occasion. Service is attentive, but never rushed. We both enjoyed new cocktails on the menu for summer. Our salads to start were delicious, attractively plated, and just the right size. My partner had a fillet, cooked exactly as she requested and my dry aged Chilean sea bass was superb. Jack's is the only restaurant I know of that dry ages fish. It's genius! Amazing what a difference it makes in the flavor of the fish. As we almost always do, we shared brussels sprouts that have a nice char on them and are dressed with a delicious sweet chili sauce. I'm not a dessert guy, but my partner loved her giant warm chocolate chip cookie with ice cream and chocolate sauce. The little happy birthday note written on a chocolate wafer and the thin gold candle in the cookie capped off a festive meal with a bit of flair.

This restaurant is absolutely exquisite from the moment you enter the establishment. The staff are extremely professional, attentive and knowledgeable. The food is 5-star gourmet - never a bad dish. A “must try” if one has not dined here.

The service was outstanding. Our waiter Vincent was exceptional. The cocktails and dry aged sashimi were delicious. The wedge salad and and dry aged steak was good. Our only complaint is that the steaks were served lukewarm instead of hot which we expected.

Excellent!! Food was very tasty, with the perfect blend of spices and flavors. Steaks were cooked to our exact request. The service was exceptional, thank you Colin, very attentive but not overbearing. Colin described the dishes perfectly. Our dessert was creme brulee with avocado for texture. Don't say no before you try it. Delicious!!
