   When the 4 of us first sat down the service was good for the first drink. But after that it was poor. There are 2 menus. We chose a few starters to share which were ok. We had 4 mains. One main was a grain bowl with flaked salmon. It came with a dressing on the side. Even with all the dressing poured on it was completely tasteless. I order poke bowls as cheap take aways with tons of flavour. This was completely terrible for a restaurant. Just lazy. My colleague had a chicken dish which came as a sandwich. She hadn’t wanted a sandwich and this should have been made clear. The other two mains were apparently tasty. So a mixed bag. The waiter was rude. Kicking us off the table because he said he needed it back. We’d been trying to order a drink unsuccessfully for ages. And we didn’t get that drink. It wasn’t busy in the restaurant yet staff seemed unable to service the tables that were full. We had asked for tap water a few times before it was refilled. Bill was expensive. Would never return unless just for drinks as ambience was good. Shame because I’d been looking forward to trying it out.

   Having booked the £15 two course lunch deal, we were (somewhat rudely) told on arrival that this was no longer being offered, though it’s still advertised on Open Table. The food we ordered was fine but not the light lunch we had ideally wanted. Service was mixed; some staff very pleasant, some less so. We had to ask for water three times before it arrived, and when we ordered a bottle of wine for the table, a glass of wine was brought instead (though this was not charged for). Overall I don’t think I would return in a hurry.

   Lovely space. Great food and service. The fireplaces are so cozy on a chilly winter night. The music gives just the right vibe.

   It was a bit embarrassing as I preordered the lunch special at £15 a head to be told they were not doing it that day so I spend significantly more which is really not cool.

   Very average overpriced food. Started with a really poor margarita with no garnish served in a tumbler for £16. Ordered the burrata which came with a mountain of endive salad plonked on plate with no finesse. Chicken main course was overcooked and tough. Ordered a nice £70 wine which was served almost to the brim by someone who clearly had no idea how to serve wine. They forgot one of our sides which came when we had almost finished our main course. Almost empty restaurant meant there was very little ambience. So disappointed. Way too many good alternatives in the area to risk going here again.

   Great location just across St Pancras station if you take Euston Road. Very nice cosy ambiance, cocktail are good, food is okay but nothing extraordinary for the price.

   Few choices on the menu. My cod was banal and the presentation in the plate was underwhelming. The donuts were dry and hard and I was given just a spoon to eat them, which was useless. I had to ask for a fork, which should have been there from the beginning, possibly with a knife too.

    Varied menu, plant based options good, lighting bit low to read menu. Make sure bill is correct, extra side orders were logged erroneously on ours.
