Este establecimiento ofrece una experiencia auténtica en Raleigh. El Irregardless abrió en 1975 y se hizo famoso por su ambiente hippie y su comida vegetariana. En los años 80, fue el primer restaurante de Carolina del Norte donde estaba prohibido fumar. Hoy, el Cafe es el restaurante de Raleigh que más tiempo lleva abierto con el mismo propietario.     The sea scallops were large, cooked just right, and delicious. The salmon also got raves. The desserts (gluten-free) were excellent. It was a delightful dinner and we will certainly be back.

    We have always enjoyed Irregardless, and its brunches have always been a treat. My wife and I had the goat cheese omelettes, which weren't memorable. That said, the couple we were with thought they were delicious. Go figure. The service and ambience were great.

    Pleasant double date at Irregardless overall. No one thing was remarkable for the price point, but everything was good or better. The violin duo was a nice change of pace for live music, and the scallops were the hit of the table.

    I had the huevos rancheros it was scrumptious. Service was great! I do have one suggestion - For the Huevos Rancheros - adding a few more chips or offering on the side so they do not become soggy - a small but nice addition! But overall a great experience and will definitely come again. :)

    Looks could be deceiving from the outside aesthetic. The food threw me for a loop (it was actually good), the service was personable, and the menu was thoughfully arranged. Very good place to sit down and eat - 10/10.
