Este establecimiento ofrece una experiencia auténtica en Raleigh. El Irregardless abrió en 1975 y se hizo famoso por su ambiente hippie y su comida vegetariana. En los años 80, fue el primer restaurante de Carolina del Norte donde estaba prohibido fumar. Hoy, el Cafe es el restaurante de Raleigh que más tiempo lleva abierto con el mismo propietario.     A bit overpriced for quantity of good. The selection of street chicken and burgers were average taste. The appetizer selection and small plates was good. Seems menu has been reduced over time. Nice area of downtown Raleigh

    Excellent as always. First fined at Irregardless in 1982 and it remains our favorite place to go in Raleigh

    Weekend brunch menu was excellent as expected. Options for everyone. Pancakes, Frittata and Open faced avocado egg sandwich was delicious. I couldn’t resist a homemade, fresh mint chocolate chip ice cream sandwich. Ask for Wes! He’ll take great care of you 👍

    Enjoyed the music, the ease of having a conversation, the ambiance, and the service. The food was good, but the menu was a bit limited. Fair, but not great value. The Portuguese wine and the cider were quite good.

    Everything was amazing except the host. She didn’t seem to want to be there and was annoyed when we asked for a booth. We were willing to wait. When I came back to the hostess stand 10 mins later - as she requested, she acted like she didn’t know who I was. Seriously, I have been a host - this is an easy challenge to address. Otherwise the waitstaff and the food was all excellent!

    Once again Irregardless has tantalized my palate!!! Their roasted garlic hummus is the best I’ve ever had. Entree was delicious and having a talented musician on the keyboard gave the restaurant a soothing atmosphere. Love this place every time 😍🥰
