    Irregardless Cafe has been opened for 50 years and is a Raleigh treasure. I went for brunch and the food and service were exceptional. In an age when restaurants open and close at the drop of a hat, it's refreshing to see a restaurant survive and continue to be a viable option after all these years.

    I have been going to Irregardless for years and have always loved it. My recent experience unfortunately wasn't great. I ordered the asparagus omelette and it was edible but not something I would ever order again. The asparagus was tough (mostly undercooked stalks), the onions were almost raw, the tomatoes were under-ripe roma or globe tomatoes (did not taste like the advertised heirloom), and there was so little cheese that the entire dish was quite dry. Service and atmosphere were great as always but I would recommend taking this dish off the list until you can perfect it. Best wishes!

    We always like to go to Irregardless when we are in Raleigh, the food is always excellent and we were not disappointed again this time. What impacted our experience was the service. Our reservation was at 8pm and we felt rushed, our server clearly wanted to be done with her day. We still ordered dessert, sorry....

    We came for an early anniversary dinner before attending the ballet. We were seated promptly and we ordered our drinks immediately. I had a great bourbon old fashioned and my wife asked for a prosecco. Unfortunately, they didn't have on the menu. We followed with pita bread and a wonderful hummus. We split a delicious wedge a salad and a Angus burger, which is clearly one of the best burgers in the Triangle. The live music provided was clearly just background .....it was difficult to hear based on the dining room buzz. We had put on our reservation that we were celebrating a milestone anniversary, but our waiter was probably not informed .......

    The menu is a little limited but everything we ordered was very good. The grilled eggplant, and Morgan St. chicken came out hot and yummy. Portion sizes were just right. The beignets with lemon curd was the perfect ending.

    Our girls' night out was delightful. The food was good, there was live music, and we had a wonderful time. The city parking lot is quite expensive though .
