Wood-Fired Pizza

Our delicious pizzas are named after the mines from where we take our name. Ironton may be a ghost town now, but in the 1800s, it was an important transportation hub between Ouray, Colorado and the silver mining camps of the Red Mountain District. We make each pie in house using spent grains from our distilling process and bake it to perfection in our wood fire oven. Pizzas are 16" each and serve 2-4 people. Gluten Free Crust: $5
